Tuesday wing nights are the best definitely try the cool runnings sauce it's like a ranch with Jamaican jerk seasoning in it great sized wings for those that care the pizza is good too

I'm a doordash & uber eats driver. They are always severely behind. Orders are never ready at the designated time. Customers get upset, rightfully so..
Now I tend to not take any Orders that come in from Caliente. It's a huge waste of time and not worth the wait

This was hands down the best pizza I have ever had in my 27 years of life. I’m from Alabama and traveled to Pennsylvania for work and ordered a Brooklyn pizza with the Caliente honey and instantly knew I was in love. If there are any negative reviews on this place EVER. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. This place is INSANELY GOOD!!!!

Asked for no onions on salad. After waiting half hour to get it had onions. Informed server she said she'd take them off. Told her the taste of onion is on the food. She offered to put steak on new greens. Told her the streak would have the taste still. Husband asked for box for his food. Waited additional 20 minutes for box. Then she offered to remake salad. At that point I was starving and said just the check

Work at nearby industrial park. I have half an hour lunch, ordered a salads thought it would be fast. Order placed at 12:12. Estimated ready time was 12:30. Sat at the lobby for 15min at 12:45 it is still not ready. No one even apologize for the delay or even keep me updated. Finally the girl came out, I told her please cancel my order, I can’t wait for 43 min for a salad. Now I am waiting for my refund.

Great atmosphere, and lived up to the way Buffalo does wings. We’re from Buffalo and we visited this place and they did not disappoint. Their wings we’re big and crispy and the blue cheese and ranch. Dipping sauces were right on point. The pineapple express pizza was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and personable and had a lot of knowledge.

I placed a simple order at 9:15pm on a Thursday night and paid over the phone. I then got a DoorDash notification (they enlisted DoorDash, not me) at 9:50pm that the food would arrive by 10:05pm (5 minutes away). I got another notification that it was delayed until 10:15pm, I called the store at 10:35pm at which point they checked to verify my order hadn’t left their store and it hadn’t. The “customer service fanatic” assured me that it would leave within 10 minutes when the next delivery driver came through. 5 minutes before they were closing (10:55pm) I called back to again see what was going on, the “customer service fanatic” told me he would bring my food to me himself within 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, my food finally arrived (2 hours after I ordered). This particular review is regarding the Bloomfield location, it sucks. Do not consider it for delivery, or honestly any orders because they clearly do not care about their customers. It is a shame they have the means to buy their way into ad campaigns with local organizations because they are a piss poor establishment. They should refrain from calling anyone on their team “customer service fanatics” because that couldn’t be further from the truth. My hospitalized, pregnant wife would have probably wrote an even harsher review. Truly pathetic.

Wanted to try something new, but was extremely disappointed tonight. Service was slow (waited 45 minutes.) The food we got wasn’t worth the wait at all. I’m not going to diss as I want all businesses to succeed, but ya’ll need to overhaul everything to do so.

Marianne was a joy and made the visit even more pleasant. It was our 1st visit and we weren't really sure what to expect but we will be back!

Found this new spot about ten days ago. Ordered 3 times within those ten days . Yeah ik we're greedy. Anyways, the first time we Ordered it was thru uber eats. Everything was fabulous. Next time was pick up. Completely different experience pizza was horrible . Today we went in and got pizza,hoagie,& wings..... This pizza needed three to five more minutes in the over for sure compared to the other two pizzas. No crisp on the pepperonis whatsoever. The hoagie for 2nd time was sloppy and not cut. It tasted like someone just fried some steak without salt and pepper and layed it on a Mancini's bun with wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. The wings: I asked them to be fried hard. Person on the phone said no problem. These wings are very rubbery not sauced well at all. Let me remind you this place isn't cheap. Each order is atleast 60 bucks. I guess there's nothing like the first time. I would avoid this place unless they give you the cooks schedule with the food so you can figure out the best time to order.
