I am from Buffalo NY, home of the Original Buffalo wings, and let me just say that this place hit the nail on the head!! Great wings with delicious blue cheese! The Pineapple Express pizza was amazing as well!!! The waitress was friendly and funny, great conversation and timely!
Real calm spot, nice employees, good service. Food was great.
I placed a simple order at 9:15pm on a Thursday night and paid over the phone. I then got a DoorDash notification (they enlisted DoorDash, not me) at 9:50pm that the food would arrive by 10:05pm (5 minutes away). I got another notification that it was delayed until 10:15pm, I called the store at 10:35pm at which point they checked to verify my order hadn’t left their store and it hadn’t. The “customer service fanatic” assured me that it would leave within 10 minutes when the next delivery driver came through. 5 minutes before they were closing (10:55pm) I called back to again see what was going on, the “customer service fanatic” told me he would bring my food to me himself within 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, my food finally arrived (2 hours after I ordered). This particular review is regarding the Bloomfield location, it sucks. Do not consider it for delivery, or honestly any orders because they clearly do not care about their customers. It is a shame they have the means to buy their way into ad campaigns with local organizations because they are a piss poor establishment. They should refrain from calling anyone on their team “customer service fanatics” because that couldn’t be further from the truth. My hospitalized, pregnant wife would have probably wrote an even harsher review. Truly pathetic.
I order the steak hoagie it was dry not enough meat on the sandwich lettuce was brown mayo no existing service was okay for a not busy day
You might get your food 50% of the time. I usually don't.
Never go here, but if you do, never ever pay ahead. Or be prepared to wait over an hour for a simple pizza order.
Never again. This place is the worst.
The Velma pizza was great! Our server was really sweet and helpful. Definitely check it out if you are in the mood for pizza and beer.
Wanted to try something new, but was extremely disappointed tonight. Service was slow (waited 45 minutes.) The food we got wasn’t worth the wait at all. I’m not going to diss as I want all businesses to succeed, but ya’ll need to overhaul everything to do so.
Ordered off uber eats for pick up tonight 2/09/25 and they were super backed up. There was a black girl in a red shirt that went above and beyond I felt to let me know multiple times what was going on and she was very nice and apologetic about it. I wish I knew her name because she seemed the only one that was patient and handling the customers well. That girl needs a raise
Pizza and garlic parm fries were splendid
Kiearra & the entire staff, front & kitchen knocked it out of the park! We were in town for a college audition and we had the best dinner. Perogies, salad & pizza were all incredible. Although, the best thing was the service and convos we had with staff. Great restaurant & staff!! 🍕🍕

The Manager Daniell from the Hampton store is a sweetheart. She was super helpful the store was super busy. Daniell went out of way to help everyone and make our dinning in experience great. She really made my day. It’s hard to find workers like Daniell in the restaurant bussiness. Thank you Daniell I’ll be back to see you as promised.
I ordered an exlarge pizza and bread sticks they said 45 min for pick up . When I went there I had to wait 15 more minutes and the whole order was cold and there was so much crust with out any sauce or cheese on it I felt like I was throwing half the pizza out cause I don't eat the crust. First time ordering there . Very disappointed
I gave this place two chances to impress me and both times were a let down. The first time the food was just cold and disappointing, and the balsamic vinegar salad dressing was way too tangy, and I like the tang of balsamic a lot. This last time, I paid an extra $3.24 for pineapple to be put on my large Velma pizza and not only did I not get pineapple, I didn’t get the fresh basil that comes with the pizza and my pizza was very poorly cut. Additionally, the gave me a HUGE amount of oil and vinegar for my small side salad, which was wilted and only had two cherry tomatoes in it. The cucumbers didn’t seem very fresh either. Next time I’ll wait the three hours for my favorite place to open, because this was NOT worth it. What was supposed to be my comfort food for a very bad day just added to the badness of my day. I also think they charge way too much for extra toppings. Several dollars PER TOPPING, are you kidding me?? Even looking at the small size pizza in the delivery app, each extra topping is $2.75. Outrageous. In summary, the best part of my order was the 2-liter or Dr. Pepper I ordered. Never again. There’s way better pizza out there.
children of the corn is NO JOKE. my tongue and throat are on fire. i don’t even know what to do with myself. i’m just over here pacing back and forth.
Waited about 1.5 hours for the food. Didn't get the order right. The only saving grace were the workers who were very nice but the place was very understaffed. Two of the things that were ordered we were told they were out of, Provolone sticks and hamburger . This place has really gone down.
