Food is great and I really like the newer driver they have, she’s so sweet! But whatever lady that be at the phone/register is very rude and aggressive. She misheard my order, and instead of just listening and being accommodating, she got real smart with me, talking with an attitude and a matter-of-fact tone. I don’t know who hurt her, but it was completely uncalled for. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years, and I’m very soft-spoken and polite to everyone, so I know what good customer service looks like.. and that wasn’t it. Not to mention I’m pregnant, so the energy was really unnecessary. I’ve never had any other bad experiences here, but because of her, I probable wont be eating here again. The disrespect was uncalled for, plain and simple.

Did not realize that garlic sauce just refers to oil. Ordered the Pesaro’s specialty pizza. It was so oily that I couldn’t finish the second slice. I ended up just eating the crust.

We have been ordering Caprionis for some years and were worried when the name changed to Pesaros. So wonderful to find there was nothing to worry for. Food is still incredible, super generous toppings and portions. Friendly service and fresh every time. Pizza, hoagies, wings, pasta and sides, ALL delicious.

I ordered bacon cheese fries. What I got was burn mozzarella on top of french fries. You can't even pull the frirs off of the aluminum foil. What I expected was cheddar cheese sauce on my bacon cheese fries. If you don't use cheese sauce you should specify on your menu.
