Carls good is decent bar food, most of the time...first time ordering the pizza, and won't make that mistake again. It looked good coming out, but it was literally wet in the middle...way too much brine from the banana peppers we ordered, and the cheese is too salty. The crust was kinda burnt, too, so the combination of burnt and moist...well...I took two bites and stopped, and that NEVER happens with me and pizza. The cook did come out and ask how we liked it, but I had only taken one bite at that point and didn't have an opinion..and my bf will eat anything, so he didn't complain. He said he'd take the rest home so I didn't mention my disappointment to the bartender, Jen...but she also didn't notice or care that I'd only taken two bites of my food. It might be a while til we visit again.
One of our favorite places to grab a bite or a drink or both. 😁 Food is always good, service is always good, ownership and management are great. I am always made to feel welcome here.
