VERY accommodating of food allergies. Both times I have eaten there, my long list of allergies has been taken seriously and dishes have been prepared specially to accommodate my restrictions.
Carmella's was a great experience. We loved the cozy back room, the round table with the fire pit was a cute touch. Our server was kind and quick. A few members of our party opted for the restaurant week menu, choosing the veal parm as their main. Overall, it was a great value. The portions were large and everything was very tasty. The dishes we ordered off of the regular menu (wagyu bolognese & burger) were also delicious. Highly recommend!!
Great vibe and ambiance. Huge bar. Very friendly service. The cocktails were excellent and priced moderately. The apps (wagyu meatballs and flatbread) were flavorful and well done. The entrees were a mixed bag. The wagyu bolognese was very good. However, the mushroom risotto with chicken was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, a great experience and good value. Will visit again.
