I had a wonderful birthday dinner! The owner was so friendly and helpful with choosing a wine. The food was fantastic and the staff even sang Happy Birthday to me! I would highly recommend the Cellar on Penn!! ❤️
I attended a private event and was amazed at the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It was very lighthearted and friendly and the staff was really accommodating. The next morning I realized one of my earrings was missing. I later found out that one of the other guests had turned one in to the bartender. I got in touch with them and they went above and beyond to return my prized possession. Special shout out to Alivia and Connor. You Rock!
