Really great experience! Thank you to Denzel for the kind service. Food was pretty good as well. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was very well seasoned and crispy. Shoutout to Denzel and the lady (sorry we never got her name, super welcoming though!) for the great service!
I had a wonderful birthday dinner! The owner was so friendly and helpful with choosing a wine. The food was fantastic and the staff even sang Happy Birthday to me! I would highly recommend the Cellar on Penn!! ❤️
I had the egg and steak bowl for brunch and it was delicious. Steak was tender not tough and the gravy was well seasoned. If you want that hearty meat and potatoes breakfast this spot is for you.
