Heard great things, wasn’t impressed at all. Got a chicken Parmesan sandwich. The chicken was super thin and over fried. There was barely any sauce. It was basically all bread, breading, and super dry over cooked thin chicken. Service was good.
I called on Sunday, 1/5/2025, to place a take out order. I was told I could not order over the phone that they were extremely busy. But I could come to the restaurant and place a takeout order. My 86 year old mother really wanted to order from Central Grille so I drove over and placed an order. The ladies at the front desk and waitress were very nice and helpful. I have no problem with them.
There was a guy who came in before 3pm and took over the front desk. First he ran out of receipt tape and asked if I really wanted my receipt. I said yes please. He finally gave me a receipt and said oh that’s going to have to do. I get all the way back to my mom’s and my mom sits down and opens her order of Central Burger and there is no burger. We looked under ham, egg, cheese, and bun…no burger.
I called and got the same guy. After I explained the issue that we didn’t get the burger, he said I would have to come back for it. I said I wasn’t close and I was 20 minutes away. He said “Welll he didn’t know what he could do for me if I wouldn’t come back for the burger. He would have the waitress call me.” Really?! I understand stuff happens but I would have had to drive 20 minutes there, 20 minutes back and probably would have to wait another 30 minutes just to get the burger. The price of gas and my time cost more than the burger. The guy gave Worst customer service!
Parking: Parking spaces are at a premium. Especially on the weekends.

The owner was very attentive to having people seated timely and the rest of the staff was friendly, the bus people were especially aggressive clearing tables in a good way and my hot water was refilled for tea frequently. Frequently. The food was good. The only negative side to this place is that it's in the suburbs in like a special restaurant designated area so it feels kind of communist and inorganic but that's not the restaurant's fault

Enjoyed a great meal. Everyone had to go boxes because the meals were so large. I had Chicken Cordon Bleu with steamed spinach and sweet potato fries. It was very good.

The food was good, but the waitress was pushy. Within 3 minutes she had our drinks to the table and wanted our orders. CD has a big menu and we hadn't even got through the first page. Parking was rough too, very crowded lot. With food that good I can understand why though.

The menu was huge! You have a very wide selection.
We ordered broiled scallops for my wife and broiled seafood platter for me. Very bland tasting. Scallops were chewy. We were disappointed in the quality of the food.

Best Philly cheese steak in the Pittsburgh area. Place was slammed at 6pm on a Saturday night. Seated quickly and got our food in less than 15 mins.
