Good service, big portions. Seated quickly even on a busy night. I'm a New Yorker and this diner stands up to my idea of what a diner should be! Always very friendly service here. Food is consistently good.

My Pittsburgh friends invited me to brunch. This restaurant is a gem. The server was fantastic. The food was large proportions and delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. I never even had to ask for a refill on my tea. I can not wait to bring my husband here

Central Dining great food you will get your money's worth

Everything was delicious and the staff was great. They were pretty busy at the time so it took a little longer than anticipated for the food although that can be expected anywhere you go. No real complaints at all. My wife was craving Central Diner on her birthday, thankfully lol, and they did not disappoint at all.

I am a local resident and I must say when I stopped in at Central, I was treated very nicely and seated quickly, the food was excellent 👍, It's nice to know we have a good restaurant so close. J Blehi

briana was the best!! i was 1 person at a 4 person booth which i know can be annoying for some servers and she treated me with such kindness and made great suggestions. i never came here often but ill be sure to be back! the food was great also a great price i got a cocktail and lunch for 25$

This is the first time since we have gone their l was so disappointed in my meal. I got the broiled seafood plate. Crab cake was more breading than crab meat,if you could find any. Shrimp and scallops where overcooked, like they where already cooked and reheated. The fish was just okay. It was probably the best thing on the.

Tired of complaining. I shouldn't have to complain to get better quality or more food. Quality and amount of food on the plate has taken a nose dive but prices have gone up exponentially! Sad but true. Tonight I ordered a traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs( soft) that come with homefries, bacon and toast. The toast was burnt on the edges, yet that was the best part of my meal! The eggs were flat, cracked and dry like an omelet. Yuk. Only came with 3 pieces of bacon.
The homefries were not homefries, they were little itty bitty cracked up left over pieces of potatoes that were overcooked in something orange in color and were worthy of the garbage! And not a lot of them on my plate. They used to give lots of bacon and lots of good homefries all piled up high and enough to take home in doggy bag. Now I wouldn't get filled unless I eat all the toast. I've been going there many years and noted a marked decline in quality along with rising prices. They don't even list the prices on their daily specials board anymore. I shouldn't have to complain in order for them to correct it or hear the owners defend it. It makes me feel bad and I'm sure the owners feel bad too. Sad but true. This is not an isolated incident but has become the new normal.
I won't be recommending this restaurant anymore as this has happened too often now for a long while.

central diner is always a reliably solid choice when in the robinson area. you know exactly what to expect, and they deliver every time. the servers and food runners always have good service. decent portions for decent prices.

I understand why they are so busy! Greek omelette was Amazing. Fast service even though they were busy. My coffee was always full.
