Horrible service ,horrible food. What more can I say? . Bring back the lady that use to work there. Never had this problem when she worked there . Family must have sold or something because but the same. Hands dwn zero stars .

This was some of the worst Chinese food I've had. The crab Rangoon tasted like basically fried cream cheese. And the chicken lo mien was just sad. Everything tasted unseasoned and just rushed. I'm not eating here again.

They have new ownership and have definitely gone downhill.
I have been going there since they first opened over 30 years ago,and never had a bad meal.
I ordered pork egg fu yung, and it was way over salted,to the point of being barely edible.
My last take-out was sweet & sour pork, and when I got home, I discovered that they forgot the sauce. Of all things to forget !
They have lost me as a customer

Extremely fast cooking. Great non communist Chinese owners.

Really don’t like when I order a meal and there is something missing.

Chan Ann definitely isn’t a place you’d want to dine in—the atmosphere isn’t inviting at all. There weren’t many food options in the area, so I figured I’d give it a shot since it’s Chinese food. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t good, and after just a couple of bites, it made my stomach hurt. The service was exactly what you’d expect from a typical hole-in-the-wall Chinese spot—nothing special. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you get the older woman, everything will be good. If you get the older man or either of the young people, your order will likely be wrong, if they even put it in. Drove here just for him to claim I never placed the order. Inconsistent, but when it's good it's good. Double check what you receive.
