Charleys Cheesesteaks

Terrible, disgusting, 15 dollars for 3 bites of cheesesteak (minus the bread) and fries with hair. NEVER wasting time or money on this dump again!

Went to get lunch with my kids and cousin. I was done ordering and got my drinks. He forgot one of them so I asked if he got the lemonade order in case if he forgot. He then looked at me and told me to RELAX with attitude. I never in my life had experienced this. I literally had to walk away before I told them off.

The young man taking our order was friendly kind and smiled the food ok each piece of our order came out one at a time which in turn let the first item become cold and not tasteful

Just had a rude encounter with the owners daughter. As someone who works in the mall as well I was taken back by how inappropriate and inconsiderate the girl was. This store also has no manager or GM that they could share info of. Plenty of other places to eat in the mall and around the mall that will talk to nicely as well. We went to the gyro place afterwards. That place
is a family owned business and they always serve us with a smile and make you feel welcomed.

Thought it was a decent cheese steak but I prefer the local places. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

The entire food court here sucks, but this place is the worst of all

Tried it for the 1st time at the Rockingham Mall up in New Hampshire. Steak was well seasoned. I'll be back. Thanks.

Just ordered a sandwich from here off of door dash and had clearly stated no onions it even says no onions on my receipt!! I get it and it has onions on it and I am deathly allergic to onions I bit into my sandwich unbeknownst to me and had to spit it out and wash my mouth out instantly! I live alone and could’ve easily had an fatal allergic reaction due to lack of care. Is it that hard to read what’s on the order?

Overpriced food that doesn’t even taste all that good.

I was served up a delicious steak and cheese sub to-go. The fries were a bit soggy but the overall experience was pleasant. Will be returning here in the future. Two thumbs up!

Rude, rude, rude. Placed an order to go. Dude did not bag my food. I asked for a bag and he tosses on the counter. I asked for ketchup and he tosses that at the bag. Seriously?? The girl before me this same person bagged her food, asked of she wanted ketchup.
