This time sealed that this will be the last time I ever eat at this establishment anywhere. Workers are rude and pushy. The area to pick up orders is disorganized and chaotic. We got yelled at for trying to grab our order when they called our number only to tell us it isn’t ours.

This isn’t worth how overpriced the food is.

Tried the Philly cheesesteak here & absolutely loved it! The meat was flavorful and juicy, the cheese melted perfectly, and the bread was fresh and soft. Every bite was packed with flavor. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely a spot I’d go back to for a cheesesteak fix!

It's a bad mall food court joint. Food isn't horrible but isn't worth the price. Staff are horrible though. They forgot my jalapeños and didn't care, and the sample lady out front is quite pushy.

I’m not the type to really leave reviews but I’m tired of coming across workers with horrible attitudes. I went up and was checked out by a younger girl and asked for a “large cup of fries” and my coworker next to me said to her “she’s an employee” to get the employee discount. This girl aggressively goes to the back and already seems annoyed and asks whoever if they give discounts. She comes back and rings me up and gives me a large sprite. I said to her, “I’m sorry I asked for a large cup of fries” in a nice way. I never came at this girl in a rude way. This girl got so annoyed and started being so aggressive with the screen on the register. She rings me up again and tells me to do whatever with the drink. I pay and my coworker asked me if I got a refund and I told her no and I didn’t mind because i didn’t want to deal with this girl’s attitude anymore. She then checks out a different customer and sounded so nice to her compared to me. So then my coworker asks the girl if I got a refund and basically tells her no. She brings someone from the back, literally yelling at this poor guy saying “she asked for a large fry and I heard large sprite because of her quiet speaking” something along those lines and kept making it seem like it was my fault. THIS GIRL GIVES ME 1 DOLLAR back to make the “difference.” I never even asked for a sprite and you give me a dollar back for YOUR mistake? If you didn’t hear what I said then ask for clarification. So I basically paid $3.36 for a drink I didn’t ask for and $2.88 for a regular fry when I asked for a large and only got $1 back from it all. Overall, I’m tired of workers getting hired with such horrible attitudes towards customers, no common sense, and bad customer service.

SLUG in Charley's FOOD at ROSS PARK MALL

I am not a bit happy that this could happen!! It isn't small, NO excuses! YES, it is true. My daughter was served it during her break today!!! (Fri May 5, 2023)at Charley's, Ross Park Mall, Pittsburgh. She went back to her store and was so hungry. Ended up wasting her entire break to get a refund!! PTSD! It's a shame we have to eyeball our food. We are paying you for safety procedures and you failed us Charlely's. Be nice if I could post the photos. They are on Nextdoor just fine.

The chicken cheesecake was good .nice and hot and fresh . The fries was fresh too . I wasn't a fan of the ranch,but everything else was good
