Bubble Bee @ Ross Park Mall

This is the closest boba tea place to my house. I was probably spending too much money coming here but after today, I won't be back. I don't expect a lot for customer service from anywhere that serves just drinks but the staff here are just plain rude. Three people working today and I was the only person in there. Two employees cleaning machines and the counter and one in the back, no acknowledgement. I was on the phone and even made a point to end my call so that I wasn't being rude to them. Waited 10 mins total before I left. They likely wouldn't have to charge nearly $10 per drink if they cut down on some of their staffing, since it clearly doesn't make a difference how many people are working: you won't get your order taken. Also seems to always be out of product. Just simply not worth your money or time.

the strawberry cheesecake flavor is soo delicious! I had it last week and have not stopped thinking about it since. The employees are so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Changing my reviews after coming back today. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Great tea!

Great place!

Would be nice if they opened on time with the mall. Last few times I've gone in the morning no one was there.

I was here and got the brown sugar milk tea. The drink made my stomach feel TERRIBLE. I could not stop using the restroom. WILL NOT BE BACK

The strawberry bubble tea is so delicious and Kyra went above and beyond today making my experience amazing!

Kind of concerning that the flavors/base come in antifreeze jugs.... just saying. Also, there's no soap on the assembly counters...kind of concerning. So to go down the rabbit hole, if there's no soap for the dishes, then there is no soap for anyone to wash their hands. Although im not a health inspector, that is probably why everyone is getting food poisoning. We had this happen a couple times so I went to check the place out, makes sense. So instead of a 20% of a 9 dollar tea, here's a tip.....wash

I recently visited Bubble Bee Boba Bar at Ross Park Mall, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. Tastes just so so, but a little bit pricey.

I personally got food poisoning from my drink but it was it might just have been because I had weak stomach. The customer service opposed to many reviews I read was great. The cashier was so nice ! All around the drink was just kinda "meh" but customer service was great

Flavors not there. Too much ice.

The worst matcha tea latte I’ve ever had. Taste like dirty water had to throw $6 away..
