Tastes just so so, but a little bit pricey.

I personally got food poisoning from my drink but it was it might just have been because I had weak stomach. The customer service opposed to many reviews I read was great. The cashier was so nice ! All around the drink was just kinda "meh" but customer service was great

‼️ Food Poisoning Alert ‼️

This used to be our favorite bubble tea shop, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. The drink made my child sick with food poisoning and an upset stomach, and vomit. Unlike other shops where drinks are freshly made in front of you, everything here seemed pre-prepared. They just added some pearls and poured tea from a jug that had clearly been sitting there for who knows how long, especially with milk inside. Please note, the jar was taken out not from a fridge, but keep in the room temperature.There was no fresh mixing or preparation like we’re used to seeing at other places.

Food poisoning is absolutely not acceptable!!! I honestly don’t want to give any stars to this shop. We’ve loved coming here before, but it’s critical that you focus on the quality and safety of your drinks. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed immediately. Be alert for your food safety.

Not the Bubble tea I’m use to. Thick tasting, flat sugar aftertaste. Possibly an acquired taste

Bubble Bee to me is inconsistent in terms of quality. I tried two oolong milk teas a few weeks apart and had very different experiences-first one was great, second time very underwhelming with a weak tea and little flavor. I'm willing to try again but this isn't high on my list as a must do.

The worst bubble tea I've ever tasted. First of all, I asked for no ice, but they cooked with ice anyway. Secondly, I paid $0.85 for a bean, and it wasn't there, as if there was 1 spoon. Finally, the taste is terrible, I order mango milk and thought that only water was added to my drink. I guess it was done on purpose because I said I didn't want to add ice to my drink. The drink doesn't cost $7, I throw it in the trash as soon as I leave the store.
