5 months since my very first time in July I've been dreaming about Chaykhana's Uzbek plov. It was my first time experiencing Uzbeki Cuisine and plov. Today I had the opportunity to indulge again and the food here is phenomenal. Without Chaykhana's presence in Pittsburgh and their community events - it would not had opened me up to the world of related cuisines with deeper appreciation. Uzbekistan was the meeting point and hub of exchange. I hope that centrality of converging cultures blesses Pittsburgh with continuous diversity and acceptance.

Chaykhana is an absolute gem! The flavors are rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The plov was fragrant and cooked to perfection, and the samsas were crispy with a deliciously spiced filling. The lagman noodles were fresh and full of flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Central Asian cuisine in Pittsburgh!

The food you want, usually out of order and answer is “Sorry we were busy” I'm tired of getting the same answer all the time, they're not! If you can't prepare your menu, why are you doing this business? Not professional!
Their food also toooo salty and place is very cold in winter. I don’t recommend.

The food is great, but the service sucks. We had ordered food and they charged us for dishes we hadn’t even ordered.
