5 months since my very first time in July I've been dreaming about Chaykhana's Uzbek plov. It was my first time experiencing Uzbeki Cuisine and plov. Today I had the opportunity to indulge again and the food here is phenomenal. Without Chaykhana's presence in Pittsburgh and their community events - it would not had opened me up to the world of related cuisines with deeper appreciation. Chaykhana is an absolute gem! The flavors are rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The plov was fragrant and cooked to perfection, and the samsas were crispy with a deliciously spiced filling. The lagman noodles were fresh and full of flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Central Asian cuisine in Pittsburgh!
Lovely place. I would say the best ever Uzbek cuisine in Pittsburgh. Atmosphere is really comfy and service is just amazing. Aziz, Jasmin, Amir and Nargiz thank you guys so much for your service.
