I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!

Have been to this McKnight store2 times now. The chicken patties are so thin that the breading takes over. First time I thought it was a mistake but twice? The price has not gone down but the chicken sandwich is not good. Not like chick fil a at all.

The employee at the window forgot my sauces, the whole time waiting for the food she was complaining to another employee about not having stirs for coffee and that owner was cheap for not ordering them. This is probably why she forgot my sauces. Worst part is when I went back around she was rude and accused me of forgetting instead of them even though it was on the ticket. I would have complained to the manager but im pretty she was one since she was wearing a blue shirt. Really disappointed they're re-opening this location with a poor service team.

Got sandwiches with sticky boxes. Not gonna eat food with a mysterious sticky substance. Thanks for selling me instant garbage. They were slow and there was smashed up fries and paper garbage on the floor. Workers were talking about their schedules and just leaning on counters. 3 o'clock on a Thursday.

Nuggets were soggy. Did not taste fresh. I don't know how their workers can do this to people. I'm pregnant and anxious bc stomach is upset. I also found a super long hair in my Mac and cheese. Throw away old food for the love of God. And if you have long hair wear a hair net please.

Beyond disappointed in this location this morning!! Normally the service is okay not always the friendless or fastest but haven’t had an issue with the food. Well today I woke up and decided to order online for a pickup- wanting breakfast- due to traffic I arrived a fe minutes after 10:30- I figured not a big deal my food would already be ready this had happened a few months ago as well and my food was still provided- well not today I arrived went thru got up to the window and they informed me that they wouldn’t do my order since it was after 10:30- even though I ordered at 10:10 which my order should have already been made ready for me to pickup- the lady offered me to order lunch- I declined and got my receipt. No apologize nothing very disappointed!!!
