Went through the drive thru and they must just give drive thru the leftovers knowing that they won’t come back through because it’s impossible to park and the line is so long. We got little bits of fries that filled up our fry cups rather than the actual waffle fries. My drink was filled to the brim with ice so I only had a few sips of a drink. Such a disappointment.

My cousin, her 15-month-old, and I stopped in for dinner — or so we thought. Her little boy let out an excited squeal (he loves Chick-fil-A) and while taking the order, the young man behind the counter loudly said, “Did you hear that kid? Ugh, that’s why I’m not having kids.” Then he repeated it. Twice. In front of the child’s mother. Charming.
It somehow got worse. The manager ignored the baby saying “hi” four separate times, then barked at me to stop customers from entering because they were closing — as if I had spontaneously joined the staff.
And for the grand finale, the same employee who complained about the baby managed to spill my cousin’s drink… for the second time.
My cousin is a great mom. Her toddler is just being a toddler. The staff, however, managed to behave worse than a pack of rowdy toddlers running amok after a juice-box bender. Very disappointing visit.

My sandwich was soggy and my bread was flat? Not squished flat just flat. My sauces were missing as well but i guess the sogginess of the sandwich help me get it down. That thumbs up from the guy confirming our order definitely was the cherry on top. Way to pay someone for just being on their phone

The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.
I accidentally left my phone here and they had it waiting for me when I showed back up to see if it was there. Thank you guys!!!!

I've been taking my kids and family to this place for years. Always enjoyed it. The only thing my order from there myself is an extra crispy chicken sandwich meal. Now you're forced to eat the soggy breaded chicken sandwiches because they no longer have the option to get your chicken extra crispy. And we already know how they premake the number one sandwich because it's the most ordered product. And in them doing that because of them putting Hot Chicken in a foil wrapper it makes the once hard bread over the chicken always go soggy. So instead of eating crispy chicken sandwich you're eating a soggy chicken sandwich. Looks like to make sure me and my family could all get a male together or just have to start going back to KFC.
