Slowest moving Chik-fil-A drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Don’t ever go here unless you have plenty of time to sit and not move at all.

I placed a mobile order and they forgot my Mac and cheese. No straw for my drink. Also, the fries were super oversalted. Hopefully just an off day for this location.

I spoke with Scott (shift Manager) after arriving to the resturant and was told that they don't have anymore breakfast after i let him know my order was placed at 10:27am. I showed my transaction through my bank and was told that I would get a refund on Monday and they wouldn't be able to make what I ordered. I was then turned away instead of my order to be honored. I would expect this type of service from a McDonalds. Very dissatisfied.

I came to get food and something to drink so my son wouldn't have a fit on the way home and even tho I ordered and paid that didn't happen, Why? Cause the girl who was doing drinks was too busy on her phone then ran away and id of thought the lady taking $ and handing out food would grab it but she was too busy being irritated and giving me attitude about me giving a $100 bill! So thanks her not only taking my money and giving me some of what I paid for but also helping our ride home to be more horrible than I thought It was going to be
