They are pretty quick for how busy they are. I've never been to a chuck fil a that has been bad. It always feels like real food.
Extremely long waits, messed up orders.
I visited the location at Robinson and have to say it was a total disappointment. When I received my order and it was cold.

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A they forget my sauce. I ordered a weeks worth of chicken wraps & they forgot my avocado lime dressing and didn’t realize til I got home. When I order the girl didn’t let me finish before saying “anything else?”

The fries have some type of new dry crusty texture to them. I don’t know if it’s old grease or if the fries are being made diff before they even arrive to chic fil a where they’re cooked. Chic fil a seems to be going down hill as they open up more locations. Only thing consistently good are their nuggets everything else is becoming hit or miss.
Terrible service. Does not hold up to the chick fil a standard. Rude and pushy gentleman at register.

Let’s start off by I wish I could rate the service a zero but I had to rate it a 1 how sad fist we get there and I don’t tend to leave reviews but this just blew me away when we got there my daughter coughed and he said stay six feet away and then he made a. Face and then I said can I please have a wrap and he said no then Rocco proceeded to laugh like something was funny I will never go back as long as he works there and this is sad to say because everyone else has been so nice every time we go sorry to rate it so low but I had too and he was being rude it another costumer

I got there right before lunch and the food was under a heat lamp that I got because it was nasty and warm instead of fresh and hot it's my fault for not asking them to cook the order

Went through the drive-thru, had 2 seperate orders. First order came out quickly, they had us pull to curbside pickup for the second order, which would have been fine except they put no utensils or straws in the first bag, gave us the milkshake for the second order. We sat there for 20 minutes until we decided to go in to see what was happening. They had it sitting on a shelf. All the while the little blonde girl in the drive-thru was preaching about how this is HER drive-thru and no one does it like SHE does it. Does everyone else make sure the customers get their orders? Because you sure weren't.

The last 3 times the chicken has been very fatty and the fries were cold. Another person in my party also got very sick after we ate there last. The staff are friendly and prompt.

Good chicken.
The bare minimum for fries. Took the first two back and received the same amount. Nor did the manager ask if I had special unsalted fries which were on the receipt she never looked at.
Also needs more diverse workers.
Go to another location.
