The fries have some type of new dry crusty texture to them. I don’t know if it’s old grease or if the fries are being made diff before they even arrive to chic fil a where they’re cooked. Chic fil a seems to be going down hill as they open up more locations. Only thing consistently good are their nuggets everything else is becoming hit or miss.

Four years ago we would drive to Cranberry because this store was painfully slow. I have visited twice in the last month and everything has been quick and correct. Staff are very nice and the food is always fresh. The updated drive-thru makes things faster and the drive up (to my amazement) was a 5-10 min wait, during the lunch rush. Highly recommend.
