I am a student at Duquesne and I used mobile order. I ordered from my dorm at 4:50 and checked in, about 3 mins after. I then waited until 5:38 to actually get my food and still didn’t get my correct order. After 3 tries of the employee giving me the food I gave up and just took it. Employee was getting a lot of other peoples orders wrong as well. This is not the first time this has happened either.

This location has really gone downhill this school year. In the past few school years, the line could be 40 people long and you get your food in 15 minutes. Now, with 10 people in line it takes 20+ minutes. There is always plenty of food prepped and ready, but the front of house staff is incredibly slow and always seems lost. Seems like there are tons of issues here now with management and employees. Food is fine, service and speed are the worst I have ever seen at a Chick Fil A.

Of course I love this place! How could you not? They do have grilled chicken so gluten-free is an option, which is key for me! So friendly, so yummy!
