WORST chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to!!! Stingy portion of fries. They give you half a portion of ‘large fries’ and say since it’s in a red box, it’s a large fry. Can’t handle busy times making you wait for more than an hour.

I was yelled at for asking for ranch and told I didn't look in the bin. I wouldn't have asked at the counter if there was some in the bin. Zero respect from them over ranch....

This Chick-fil-A I received the absolute worst customer service I have ever had which is really sad considering Chickfilas moto. I have worked in three different food places so I know how things are, including fast food. I ordered my food and I waited an hour until I got impatient and went up to tell them because they had lost my order. People who came in 40 minutes after me got their order in 10 minutes while I was still waiting. I never get any sauce or my drink or if I do get my drink all the ice melts by the time I actually get my food , everyone is in a rush, and after me waiting probably an extra 30 minutes for my food because I understand it’s busy, no one apologized or appreciated my patience. The only reason why I bothered waiting is because it was technically “free” with the food swipe, if that wasn’t the case I would have been more disappointed and irritated. Worst Chick-fil-A experience and restaurant experience I have ever had every time I come here.

The most overrated place on campus. Lines can easily stretch over an hour long, plus it takes an additional 15 minutes to get your order after you make an (overpriced) order. The actual food is pretty good but you could just go to Chick-N grille, ChiKN, or Cane's and all are better, cheaper, and faster (sometimes even when you include the walk to get from here to those places).

they got rid of large fries & some dessert options
I never had such a grumpy experience at Chick-fil-A. I go in saying hello, good morning, and get the silent treatment. After receiving my order I say thanks, and the man just looks at me stares and walks away. Worst Chick-fil-A experience. I was astounded. You need to teach you employee Dontay to have better customer service.
