Food quality changed. Tenders and fries are entirely too salty. I will not order here again. This is the second time that my food was too salty.

I just got a quick lunch while downtown, chicken was hot and crispy with a lot of flavor thanks to the seasoning. Sauces were pretty good too.

Huge selection of sauce to make your chicken just the way you like it! The chicken is crunchy yet still juicy! A great place to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat!

I never expect much from a downtown Pittsburgh fast food location but I was surprised with Chicken guy! The food is delicious and the location is always clean. We eat here all the time and we’ve never had an issue with them getting our order wrong and the quality of the food is always consistent.

Tenders are mediocre. Look and taste like any fried frozen chicken you'd get at Walmart. Fries are okay. Spice is just a generic spice, nothing special. They only have 10 sauces, not the 22 pictured. Buffalo was good but nothing special. They don't have regular BBQ, which is disappointing. At $13.99 for the 5 tender combo, I could have gone elsewhere.

The chicken strips didn't taste good, they added cumins to it, the price was too high almost $10 for only five chicken

This place was fine but definitely not worth the price for me personally. I wasn't a fan of that style of breading, but I know other people like it like that so it's definitely preference. I loved the sauces - garlic parm was the best one I had. Also, my strawberry shake was really good! I just think there are a lot of other chicken places that are way better and are either the same price or cheaper (ex: Raising Canes, Coop De Ville). I probably wouldn't go back here tbh, but it was nice to try!

This place is no good. Employees are rude, I always here them arguing with each other in the back. I had to ask for the manager because the food was tasteless and barely hot. The chicken is gross as it can be, their macaroni taste like it's just straight noodles. When I did speak to the manager Ben, he was rude and he seemed like he was on something. Their slogan is boss of sauce but never have sauces anymore. Their food is over priced garbage and they need to be run by someone else.

Was not impressed! Seem more like a socializing place before/after going ice skating than a place to get great food, like their Orlando locations. There were no empty seats as it was taken up by people who simply surfed the phone and/or socialized.

The chicken fingers had the same quality as those from Jack in the box or freezer aisle chicken fingers as someone has suggested before. Ignoring the chicken fingers; the sauces did not help. I would have preferred the most basic RedHot Buffalo sauce as opposed to whatever it was they called Buffalo sauce. Their was nothing special about their special sauce. The honey Nashville looked spicy, but it only tasted like honey (no real spice). THE MAC N CHEESE. It's hard to get a good Mac n cheese; good cheese sauce, good flavor, good crust (if you go for a crust on top). This place went for the crust. Didn't add much to the Mac. The cheese sauce was bland. The WORST thing about this side though had nothing to do with those components but rather the pasta itself. The pasta was so UNDERCOOKED it felt like I might as well have been chewing on pasta dough. Couldn't finish it. Fries were good.

I wish it tasted as good as it smelled. The chicken was over salted and seasoned, almost inedible. The fries were ok but overly seasoned and salted too. Sadly all the tables were dirty as was the restaurant. We were one of only two tables of customers. Staff were not very friendly. The one very good item was the triple double mint shake.
