I went here about a week ago and it’s was pretty busy my food took over an hour to come out which was totally fine because it was very busy but my order was wrong which was understandable in a busy time i informed the cashier and she threw away my order but did not tell anyone to fix it after waiting 20 more mins i asked someone else (the cook) if it was coming soon he said no one told them there was a remake order in and made it within the minute. The food is good and the workers cooking were super nice and great but the cashier was kinda rude and seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

I’ve had chikn a few times and it was usually good, but a few nights ago I got their loaded fries and got food poisoning so bad I had to go to the ER. Not trying to diss their place of business but there’s so many other food spots on Forbes your best bet is to not risk it for the sake of your health.

Amazing chicken! Will definitely eat here again! Good thing I dont live close to this because I would be fat and broke, lol. A little pricey to eat everyday, but the food is way above the average run of the mill fast food in my opinion. Definitely better than Chick-fil-A and Wendy's. Service was speedy. Love the late hours even on a weekday. The vibe of the restaurant is that of fast food, which, again, service was super fast. I ate here at 12:45am on a Thursday and the food was hot and ready. Coke machine wasnt working but I was allowed to upgrade to lemonade at no extra charge, so I was happy with that. Dining area was clean. I have no complaints.

The chicken has meat glue in it. Their chicken that they are serving has meat glue in it.

The woman working the register was kind and attentive. The people behind in the kitchen were kind as well. The food was very good as I was eating it. I don’t eat fast food more than 3-4 times a month and hadn’t had anything greasy for a minute, but I remember thinking how good it was! About 50 minutes later , it made me kind of sick even though it was so so good :( I don’t know if it was my stomach or the chicken but it was immediate. it makes me sad because I have leftovers I want to eat but I don’t know if it’s the best idea. I got the medium spice tenders and fries with ranch. The ranch is good as well as the pickles and fry seasoning. I can handle spice very well I eat it frequently. I don’t believe the stomach sickness was from spice. No complaints just that my stomach hurt after eating it.

Right in the heart of Pittsburgh University campus, the long awaited visit to this spot did not disappoint. I fully understand what they got going on. The chicken is just good and you can get it anyway….from southern to really hot, nuggets, tenders or sandwich ….modern menu , very simple. Worth visiting at least once.

Coleslaw is dry lettuce, couldn’t finish.
Had the loaded fries, quantity over quality.
Service was nonexistent, use a kiosk and pick your tray from the counter.

The 2/5 spice wasn't spicy, the 3/5 sets your mouth on fire, and there were mice scurrying around the dining area
