Yikes. I paid $11 for a coleslaw sandwich. Overall good, but you are a chicken restaurant- don’t skimp on the chicken.

On March 3rd, I placed an order through Uber Eats for Chicken & Waffles with an extra chicken finger and extra butter. However, when I received my order, it only contained three chicken fingers—two that come with the meal and the additional one I paid for—but no waffles or butter. Instead, there was a note stating, "Sorry, no waffles," yet I was still charged the full price.
I reached out to Uber Eats for assistance, but they were unhelpful, leading me to cancel my membership. I then contacted the restaurant directly and was informed that their waffle maker was broken, which is why they couldn’t fulfill my order. I explained that this was unacceptable, as I had paid for waffles and extra butter, and there was no indication that waffles were unavailable when I placed my order.
I requested to speak with a manager, but none were available at the time. An employee named Deshaun took a message and assured me that the manager, Daniel, would contact me the next day. Two days passed with no response, so I called again. Deshaun answered, apologized for forgetting to pass my message along, and promised to do so the next day. However, I still received no call. Since then, I have repeatedly tried calling, but no one answers, and my calls go ring and go to voicemail.
I also submitted a complaint through the corporate website but have yet to receive a response. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable—no one is taking accountability, and it seems like my concerns are being ignored. I expect a resolution to this issue.

The chicken sandwhich was very good. Mac n cheese and fries were average. Would rate higher but store was dirty, tables needed wiped off It’s was 5pm on a Saturday, wasn’t busy and cashier was standing around doing nothing. Go wipe the tables off.

They said Disneyland is the most magical place on earth… wrong. Nothing beats the snot inducing spicy chicken and obscene rap music playing at full blast. Truly a living and breathing art piece. Forget your day at the natural history museum, this is history, this is Chikn. Nothing, and I mean nothing, can boost your spirits quite like this masterpiece of a restaurant and dining experience. All roads lead to chikn, and as the heart wants what it wants, my heart wants chikn.

I paid 22$ dollars to essentially enjoy sweet tea so that’s cool. I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich, coleslaw, mac and cheese, ice tea, and a diet coke. They gave me a cup of shredded cabbage with absolutely no dressing, they forgot my mac and cheese entirely, and gave me a regular coke. Additionally, I wasn’t ill, sick, or diseased but the chicken did not sit well with me and I immediately and violently vomit it back up. I called and asked for a refund on just the Mac and cheese and naked cabbage. The manager told me the gm would call me the next; that day has passed.

The fried chicken is delicious and the fries are great too, and the price is reasonable.
I gotta warn you, the chicken can get extremely spicy. The mild is spicier than you think based on the name, the medium is super inconsistent in the spice level, the hot is spicier than most places' max spice level, and the highest level is on the level of "sign a wavier" spiciness, except no waiver is needed here.

I came at 4:30 on a Friday. I ordered my 3 piece chicken and fries for dine in. I wait a full 15 minutes and no sign of my order. I ask the lady about my order and she informs me that it hasn’t even been started. I’m not waiting a half hour for fast food chicken tenders. This place has potential but is poorly managed. I probably won’t come back here.

It was nice place We ordered chicken and waffles the waffle was perfect, and we order Nashville chicken and cheese fries It was thick but delicious and banana pudding my daughter like it 💯 And we order tender chicken it was great 👍
Really good chicken shop. I can’t comment too much about their spicy chicken varieties but I’ve heard those are very good. I did get to try their Southern chicken tenders with their in house sauce and their ranch as well as their chocolate chip cookies.
The chicken itself was very good. Breaded nicely. Still a nice, tender texture on the inside and crispy on the outside. The Southern wasn’t spicy at all, which is what I wanted.
The two sauces were pretty good too. Ranch was relatively standard but tasty. I’m not sure if it’s made in house but props to them if it is. The other sauce was also pretty solid, a bit sweeter, a bit strange, but still good.
I had originally ordered the banana pudding, but they were out, so they gave me 2 chocolate chip cookies instead. Generous of them! The cookies were very good, a great size, and filled with plenty of chocolate. Great price, portion, and quality.
All in all, I’d come back here. Very tasty chicken and nice desserts for a reasonable price. I believe they may even have milkshakes, which would be great to try.
