The woman working the register was kind and attentive. The people behind in the kitchen were kind as well. The food was very good as I was eating it. I don’t eat fast food more than 3-4 times a month and hadn’t had anything greasy for a minute, but I remember thinking how good it was! About 50 minutes later , it made me kind of sick even though it was so so good :( I don’t know if it was my stomach or the chicken but it was immediate. it makes me sad because I have leftovers I want to eat but I don’t know if it’s the best idea. I got the medium spice tenders and fries with ranch. The ranch is good as well as the pickles and fry seasoning. I can handle spice very well I eat it frequently. I don’t believe the stomach sickness was from spice. No complaints just that my stomach hurt after eating it.

Right in the heart of Pittsburgh University campus, the long awaited visit to this spot did not disappoint. I fully understand what they got going on. The chicken is just good and you can get it anyway….from southern to really hot, nuggets, tenders or sandwich ….modern menu , very simple. Worth visiting at least once.

I was excited to try this place, cuz who doesn't like some good chicken as my friends said. Finished, walked out and the feeling of wanting to throw up began and lasted for 2h. I just got the hot sandwich and Mac and cheese on the side, will try the tenders next time but God damn that was some sorry excuse for a burger. The first bite tastes great, and the chicken slaps. Then you keep eating and you realize, damn this is terrible. Tried finishing it but I left 2 bites, same with the Mac.
I've been to Chikn several times before with good results, which is the only thing saving this rating. I came in for dinner, there was only one person in the restaurant who was eating. Nevertheless, it took them 20 minutes or more to have my order ready. I figured they needed to pull some more food out of the fridge and cook it, so I let it slide. A friend of mine came in later and still had to wait a similar amount of time for his food, which made me reconsider if they were behind on cooking food or if it was just poor service. Then came the actual meal. The chicken was overbreaded and overcooked. Dry, dark, tasteless. Completely different from usual. The fries were terrible: overcooked, poorly seasoned, and obviously a cheaper brand than the last time I came in. The comeback sauce was good like usual, but the cup was half-full. Nowhere near enough for the 3 tender meal that I had, but I couldn't choke down much of the meal anyway. I will write this off as a bad crew and a bad night, but I sure won't go out of my way to eat here for a while. Restaurant was clean, prices were fair.

Hands down probably the best chicken place I've ever tried; including the crinkle fries!! I thought good crinkle fries didn't exist - I was wrong. Great vibes, the staff is super nice. Shoutout to the guy in the kitchen who I made eye contact with and tripped on the floor mat.
