Came for lunch and it was dead. But for some reason we were put on a 20 minute wait. Just to be seated at a table that was empty when we arrived. Service was so slow. Drinks were wrong. Food was good, but cold. So much so that their signature “triple dipper” mozz sticks had absolutely no cheese pull. And three of us ordered them. Also, we were given plastic silverware. I feel like for a $20 meal we could have been given real silverware. We sat next to a dirty table for the entirety of our meal, so about an hour. And if they were short staffed, the hostess with the bad attitude just leaning on the counter eating a donut could have given some assistance. Love Chili’s, but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Sydni our server, the manager, other staff and all the patrons at Chili's . It was my sons birthday today that has a disability. We were a bit sad that we could not spend it this year with friends and family because it was a work day plus my son had dental work done. I explained everything to Sydni. She was the most polite and gave great customer service. The manager even came over to be sure the food was ok. Lastly what was surprising was that I knew the staff was going to sing Happy Birthday to him, but did not know the manager and he asked all the patrons to sing happy birthday to my son. What a beautiful birthday experience. Thank you so much ! The smile on his face said it all. He enjoyed his birthday !

If you’re complaining, where are you even eating? Funny how mcdonalds, wendys, chick fil raised their prices, now on par with chili’s prices, why even bother getting fast food when not only has every establishment’s prices have skyrocketed, the quality continues to fall, meanwhile chili’s is still serving consistent high quality food. How could you not love chili’s in 2025 when you look at the current state of fast food and chain restaurant economy
Chillis is awesome but i would go to another location before this one. Food took awhile and place was kinda empty. Waited a long time to get sugar for my tea. Just a sloppily ran restaurant. The food was delicious but service was not great. Seemed like everyone working there didnt care.

I celebrated my daughter's 8th Grade promotion with friends and family and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Birdie (I believe her name was) was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and well equipped to handle our large party. Our food came out hot and was delicious! Thank yous to Birdie and her team!

It's refreshing to see happy, professional, organized employees. I came at the end of the night, while everyone had last minute take out orders. The staff stayed on top of everything, fresh and delicious food was prepared and packed perfectly. There was a little wait, but it was well worth it.
