Got the triple dipper, moz sticks were good but the wings and chicken crispers were less than satisfactory. Service was pretty slow. Won’t be coming again

We went in for a quick, light lunch. My wife had the 3 for $10 lunch: big smash burger, fries, drink, and chips & salsa. The chips are really thin and crisp! I had the pulled brisket quesadilla that was also good.
Update; this time I tried the crispy chicken sandwich, plus chicken soup. Both were great. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. Crispy coating and moist chicken. And it was a large piece of chicken as well. 3 for 10 is such a good deal for really good food.

Very friendly service, quick and attentive. Good chilis location, clean. Food was out quick and correctly. It was a good experience. On a busy night can be a bit hectic but no more than 5 to 10 mins wait to get a table.

not leaving a 1 star review because partner and I are regulars here but man this experience was definitely the worst one we've had. waited 20 minutes for a table (not their fault, we understood. it was busy). when we finally sat down, we waited another 20 minutes just to get our drink orders taken. our server took the order of the table behind us (who walked in behind us), gave them their drinks, and took their food order before he even acknowledged us. another server apparently pointed us out to him before he even paid us any mind. he never introduced himself, he gave us the wrong drinks (so I took a big swig of Dr. Pepper that I cannot stand), took our food order, and then we never saw him again. we wanted refills on our drinks and we wanted to order a molten lava cake, but with as many times as my partner made direct eye contact with our server, he never bothered to even check on us, so we instead paid the bill, did not leave a tip, and left. like I said, we're here a lot, so this experience was completely out of left field. probably won't be back here for awhile as long as that server is here, though, or we'll just go to the one on McKnight Road. shoutout to the girl on the bar side though that complimented my Moon Knight sweater she was cool

i went in here & did a TO GO order let me tell you, where do i start firstly i was rushed meaning the guy who took my order was in a rush to get me OUT ! honeyyy i was so upset and dissatisfied as a customer genuinely my feelings were hurt, ppl can be so mean these days. i ordered the three triple dipper thingy dish it look so unappetizing, for the love of God it was COLD like freezing. mind you i JUST got it! (how sway) the fact that i was soo hungry i was saving my appetite for when i got here, can you imagine having your mouth set on something only to have a terrible experience i would NEVER return plus it was pouring rain, im not sure if my skin being BLACK played a part in my terrible service but imo i am so cool on this restaurant i hated this whole encounter i will say i did get a FULL refund take care BYE ! 🙄

I can start by saying our server was outstanding. She was very attentive and helpful. I think she knew we were aggravated. When we arrived, the young girl at the check in desk was playing on her phone. When she was told by another worker to get off of her phone, she spoke to me. I told her we would need a table for 5 adults and 2 kids. She said it would be a 15 minute wait. We agreed and she said they would text me when the table was ready. I looked around the restaurant and there were 6 to 8 tables empty, one of them.being a table with 10 settings at it. After we waited 55 minutes, the girl that was on her phone again said our table was ready. Guess what? It was the table with 10 settings at it that had been empty for the whole 55 minute wait. I think she needs a new job. Thats insanity to make us wait that long when tables were vacant. Horrible experience.

Sat at the bar and received horrible service. She acted like she didn’t wanna be bothered with anybody. She gave me a glass of wine that she had already poured for somebody else because they left and went to a table. I thought that was unacceptable but I kept my mouth shut. She took the money off the bar and didn’t say thank you. No eye contact, no checking in, didn’t ask how my uncle wanted his burger so it was very pink inside and he doesn’t do pink. He’s a veteran and we had just stopped for him to get his free meal. I had already ate so we sat at the bar. I was a waitress for many many years, I get it. It Was probably a busy day and giving out free meals to people, however don’t act like people don’t have money to spend. I make a VERY good living. She looked very irritated like she didn’t wanna be there. To be shitty to people on Veterans Day is insane. You work for a company that that’s giving out free meals deal with it. The hostess was extremely nice though!
