I haven't been to a Chili's in probably over a year. I was up there yesterday shopping with a family member and we stopped at Chili's. Server was great. Waitress was amazing. I got too much food but everything was great. The double bacon rancher burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. Recommended. Great place all around and worth every penny.
Me and Co-worker had a issue with quality in an order we got for our lunch, the manager was very easy-going and very understanding when we politely said what our problem was. He was very quick and efficient about helping us resolve the issue. It’s nice to know there are still businesses out there with good management to help when a problem does arise!
Only leaving a five start for the bartender Andrea. Was working completely by herself and did a great job making sure everything and everyone was taken care of. Will come back when she is there.
