Chillin' Drive Thru

As other reviews note, the recent food menu changes make this place no longer worth it. The new items are very small, pre-made sandwiches that are no where near the quality of their previous menu offerings. What's worse is that modifications are no longer allowed, so there were no food options today for my dairy-sensitive sister-in-law. Honestly, you're probably better off going to Sheetz now if you want anything other than coffee.

Really disappointed in the menu change. The breakfast sandwiches with vegan options were amazing. It was our go-to place in the area. Very disappointed to see frozen options only now.

UPDATE 10/22/25
I am changing my review from a five star to a one star because we went recently and the menu options had changed so drastically that they’re not even remotely close to a five star anymore. The sandwiches are frozen, quick microwavable 2 inch in size that I literally took two bites to eat my sandwich and it was gone! The kicker? The prices are still the same!!!!! The thing that brought us to the drive-thru was the made-to-order sandwiches. They were large. They were flavorful and so good! The other thing I always looked forward to was getting the yogurt parfaits and the açai bowls. Having the healthier choices is what kept bringing us back. Now we get processed microwavable two bites sandwiches with no healthy options!! So disappointing! We will not be back unless and until the old menu is back! If time is an issue- limit options and encourage customers to use the app! Do better!

Unfortunately, they took away their awesome food. No longer worth the extra drive to get coffee and a fresh breakfast sandwich/ sleeve of bacon here! Already missed the waffles for the kiddos before this most recent change.

I was here a few weeks ago and got an iced chai latte and a sleeve of bacon. The chai was very flavorful (unlike some competitors) and NPL has the best breakfast bacon around so figured Chillin’ probably used the same and it seemed to be. I went back again this weekend and was disappointed in their new grab and go food menu. The bacon, egg, & gouda on ciabatta was smaller than expected and the bacon was formed in a round shape so knew it wasn’t prepared in house. I understand the need to be fast and get folks in and out but I sure do hope they reconsider their food offerings. Also my medium iced chai was filled to the top with ice. I understand different folks are making different drinks every time so hopefully that isn’t their standard going forward or I’d ask for light ice. Finally, I do see the confusion with the drive thru itself. My first time there I thought the trailer in the back was where you picked up your food.

BRING BACK THE BURRITO AND VEGAN BAGEL PLEASE!!!!

This place used to be our go to for food and coffee (even during the afternoon), but they cut back almost all of their food options and the few they have you can’t customize (it’s all premade and still costs the same). If you are vegan, vegetarian, or just don’t want meat forget, about getting hot food anymore. Even though they still have coffee, they lost my business completely. Would rather drive elsewhere at this point…

Edit: Tried giving them a chance today with just coffee. No mobile ordering was allowed for today (only future orders). Tried both the app and website. The drinks weren’t made as well.

My family and I have LOVED Chillin Drive Thru since the opening last year. The staff is super nice and the drinks are always great and affordable. They recently changed up the food menu, making it smaller and switching to frozen stuff to be quicker. WE LOVED THE MENU - the sleeve of bacon, the burritos, etc.
I grabbed a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and honestly was pretty disappointed. It’s just not the same as before, but they’re still charging the same prices. The food used to be so good and went perfectly with the drinks. I’ll definitely keep coming for the drinks and awesome staff, but I really hope they bring back the fresh food or adjust the prices.

I love everything about this place but bring back the burrito!!! It’s the best breakfast burrito in the city and now it’s gone 😭 Otherwise the coffee is always great as is the service and other food options (but nothing is as good as the burrito, that thing transcended even a good dine in restaurant burrito 😔)

Well, we used to go out of our way to go here for the vegan breakfast sandwich whenever we could. Now they’ve removed all the vegan options from the menu, so I guess we won’t be back! So disappointing.

My jolly rancher green apple lotus kicker just tastes like seltzer water with a dash of like syrup added to it. Explains the color- barely any. My husband’s dragonfruit kicker turned out better/more flavorful. Last pic is how bright the green apple kicker was advertised compared to the seltzer water I was given.
