I haven't ever dined in, only takeout and delivery, but I've liked everything I've tried here. Hot & Sour Soup / 酸辣湯 is my favorite in town at the moment. It doesn't have wood ear mushrooms (the crunchy/slimy brown ruffly pieces) but it DOES have extra-savory scallions. I'm not sure what they do to them but they are amazing. This little place makes some big flavors. I love the family and their commitment to great food. I've never had a bad experience here. Their food is always hot, fresh, and just delicious. The only downside is they are closed on Mondays lol the people need them every day of the week
