It’s true when they say never trust a skinny cook. This is the smallest burrito I’ve ever had from chipotle I’ve taken dumps bigger than this. I hope next time I come here they aren’t rationing out food like the world is ending. Chips were stale

Understaffed. Also nowhere to sit and eat food because every single inch of eating surface was covered with debris and other food. We walked out before ordering once we got a look at how unsanitary it was. What has happened to this brand?

Honestly, the staff has too many problems that it needs to fix. Shoutout to Aysel for being a great manager. You really helped me through with his best as you could. I’m not spending another dollar at this place.

Not bad but my rice was cold, not sure if it's supposed to be?

Paid $30 for a quarter of a bowl to be filled. There was no chicken, steak, beans or queso available. My wife got a veggie bowl and the guy scooped half a spoon of rice into the bowl and spread it around to make it look “full” then proceeds to put a massive scoop of sour cream on top. Her bowl was more of a soup than a bowl. It took us 15 minutes to order our food. Absolutely disappointed with this experience and will look for other places to eat because of this.

I ordered a burrito bowl from here and this is the portion I got- half empty.

Out of half the food on the line at 8:15 on a Thursday, one person in line ahead of me with a half full house. Empty tables were filthy. I was willing to accept substitutions until I started to get skimpy portions. Hilarious. I guess they aren’t much better than their McKnight Road Chipotle counterpart.

I tried that new Chipotle honey chicken in a bowl and it was really good! But I think I was more impressed with how great of a job the staff did. They were timely, kind, and accommodating when I asked for specific things. This location in McCandless Crossing is leaps and bounds above the other location in McKnight. If you can help it, just come to this one. It's only 3-5 min up the road. Staff was really sweet!

Stood in line (with only one person in front of me) for 2 minutes while every staff member moped around with a frown on their face. Assembly line was completely trashed. Didn’t even bother waiting longer than that before I walked out. Not spending my money at a store that absolutely doesn’t deserve it. I get they’re a busy location, I’m sure they all work longer hours than they’d like to have to, but wow, get it together or just accept defeat and shut it down.

It is a poorly managed store. Not the workers fault, but whoever manages isn't qualified to run a roadside lemonade stand. They frequently run out of ingredients, online orders take forever, messy kitchen, and slow service.
