I ordered a burrito bowl from here and this is the portion I got- half empty.
Out of half the food on the line at 8:15 on a Thursday, one person in line ahead of me with a half full house. Empty tables were filthy. I was willing to accept substitutions until I started to get skimpy portions. Hilarious. I guess they aren’t much better than their McKnight Road Chipotle counterpart.

I tried that new Chipotle honey chicken in a bowl and it was really good! But I think I was more impressed with how great of a job the staff did. They were timely, kind, and accommodating when I asked for specific things. This location in McCandless Crossing is leaps and bounds above the other location in McKnight. If you can help it, just come to this one. It's only 3-5 min up the road. Staff was really sweet!

Stood in line (with only one person in front of me) for 2 minutes while every staff member moped around with a frown on their face. Assembly line was completely trashed. Didn’t even bother waiting longer than that before I walked out. Not spending my money at a store that absolutely doesn’t deserve it. I get they’re a busy location, I’m sure they all work longer hours than they’d like to have to, but wow, get it together or just accept defeat and shut it down.

It is a poorly managed store. Not the workers fault, but whoever manages isn't qualified to run a roadside lemonade stand. They frequently run out of ingredients, online orders take forever, messy kitchen, and slow service.

missing beans, missing double meat, missing queso, chips incredibly undercooked, zero flavor in the rice so it didn’t get cilantro. Got off work for dinner, and ordered that. Put it aside until I found a hair in my rice bowl. The first and last meal was thrown in the trash. Extremely disappointing

They were out of shredded cheese, ice and straws. Garbage overflowing. Every juice machine empty. Dirty tables everywhere.
Ordered carnitas tacos, got a meat puddle. Will never be back. Disgusting.

This location seems to be out of things more or less all of the time.

Initially I did not understand all the bad reviews for this location. Now that we have lived here for around a year, I understand. I don't believe a single order has been completed correctly. They are constantly out of fajita vegetables, make incorrect bowls, and serve cold food. Unfortunately, I am done with Chipotle.

I thought the Chipotle on the other side of town was bad ...but this is the most ghetto Chipotle I've ever been in. No fajitas.. no beans ...and the place was FILTHY.

There is garbage everywhere you look. Out of veggies, out of ice. The cashier said he’ll give me a free drink if I leave him a tip. Wouldn’t recommended coming here.
