Posting in hopes that someone with the power to do something, actually implements a change.I ordered through the app and arrived on time. The food was 15-20 minutes late. I understand the need to be patient, but that is way too long. It might have been faster to order in the store.The condition of the store was also unacceptable. Check out the garbage.The store was busy, but nothing unusual. No lines wrapped around the building. If I come back, I will order extra early and definitely not plan to dine in.Update: On top of it all, my order was wrong. I didn’t realize that until I got home.

This place looks like a tornado went through! Food everywhere, dirty tables, out of chips, out of chicken al pastor, out of ice, trash is overflowing, bathroom is dirty!

The restaurant itself is like any other chipotle, under staffed and under kept. There's trash on the floor, tables aren't cleaned, and piles and piles of kitchen items mounting in the back. Service itself is decent, with hard working people, but the place is a mess.If you don't want to go in, order online. WAIT! Thats not great either. Our online orders have been botched many times with small portions, missing items, and messed up orders, resulting in having drive back and re-correct. Always a shortage of guacamole, sour cream, veggies, and lettuce.Now, on us for not checking the food consistently or just choosing another location, but sanitation should be noted.

Ordered a burrito for pick up with double steak and guacamole, got it home and there was no steak or guacamole at all. Feels like theft to set a burrito on the counter for pick up and not mention that the meat and guacamole that I paid for wasn’t included.

They really need to hire more help.We come here once a week at least and there’s always a line out the door and are ALWAYS missing something. Very rarely do I get to order exactly what I walked in the door for.Staff is friendly under the pressure of being over staffed, and obviously the food is good one way or another but truly need to hire more staff.

Do yourself a huge favor and go to any Chipotle location besides this one!!!Past visits have been frustratingly disappointing as they are always out of ingredients - or, even worse, they have the ingredients, but you can’t get them if you stand in line to order - you can only get them if you order through the app ?I walked in at 2:30 in the afternoon yesterday - not a rush time when anything should be depleted. No one in line either. The peppers & onions bin was empty…again.Even asked if they would be ready soon. Nope.This location is the worst!

One of the worst chipotle locations I’ve been to. Always a poorly managed and backed up line. Employees are rude, for example, I have been refused a side of vinaigrette multiple times simply stating “we don’t have any” which clearly is not true. Most concerning is that of the several times I’ve visited this location, for online order pickup, my order has been made either entirely wrong or with multiple missing ingredients (most recently, ordered double chicken and was given a minuscule amount of chicken in my bowl). Thankfully there are several other locations somewhat nearby that know how to treat their customers and make orders correctly. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Waited for 30 minutes in store, had burrito made and the last of the guacamole was given away ahead of me. No more guacamole anywhere in the store. Second day in a row. Ridiculous. Did an online order at a second location. It is now 30 minutes late. Chipotle has tanked. The poor employees... they are overwhelmed and not getting needed support.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO YOUNGSTERS JOSEPH AND NEW FEMALE MANAGER (DID NOT OFFER HER NAME) CURRENTLY AT THE MCCANDLESS CROSSING CHIPOTLE !! - THEY HAVE DONE THEIR BEST TO BE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, WHILE THE INEPT OWNERSHIP IS FINALLY PROVIDING ENOUGH FOOD TO KEEP THIS OUTLET FROM RUNNING OUT OF ITEMS EARLY EVERY DAY, (ESPECIALLY THE VEGGIES, WHICH MOST OF THE SHOPS NEVER HAVE) AND ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS MORE EFFICIENTLLY - - - NOW LET'S SEE IF THIS IS ONE GOOD DAY, OR A PERMANENT IMPROVED BUSINESS MODEL #

Always out of veggies, I'm plant based so that's stinks! Understaffed I saw reviews they are always out of stuff, now I know it's true. Don't come here if you can help it. 2 times in a row pitiful service! And it's my local Chipotle! Hoping someone comes in and saves them! These guys are pulling down a great organization.This is no fault of the people working there, they are understaffed. I Belive ownership just needs to invest in more staff and supplies. Hopefully corporate will hold them to a higher standard.
