Best Chipotle I’ve been to in years. Overall they have cut serious serving size and overall customer service has been way down, but not here! Customer service was on point, serving sizes were the way they should be, and everything was clean and prepared. 10/10
Also, new brisket was very good

Walked in and should have walked back out when I saw how dirty restaurant was. Carnitas burrito didn’t taste bad but the big chunk of fat mixed in the meat was kind of gross. Lots of choices in this shopping center. I should have picked somewhere else but I had been looking forward to Chipotle. So disappointed!

I have been going to many different Chipotle restaurants for a long time.. this is easily the worst location I have seen. Consistently disappointed with service and food.

Ordered ahead using the app.. food was missing and the staff said to call Chipotle for a refund.. are you kidding? No chips in the store dinner time on a Friday night. The food was late, well past pick up time. Take it home to find the burrito had no steak in it (when payed for double portion), no beans, and no double wrap. Missing 3 ingredients from a burrito and overcharged for missing protein.

Will not be returning again

Wow, should had read the reviews before I went here. Looking for some good ol wholesome Chipotle while visiting; this one was closest to the hotel and wow, terrible. The service there was super rude. Rude ladies who made my son and mine burrito, were like, What do you want, very rudely and sloppily making them. My tortilla was ripped, and they were just like oh well. Look at these burritos, if you call those burritos then I don't know what it is. Yeah avoid this place unless it's your last resort, even then, go somewhere else.

Food is terrible. Messed up my burrito order, were out for of chips. Never told me that but gave me the guac I ordered. I Left and realized I had no chips so when I drove back, they told me to ask for a refund through the app.

Terrible customer service, terrible food, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. This is not the first nightmare experience I’ve had with this specific chipotle.

Go any where else. 5 Guys is right there, firehouse subs, whatever. Go somewhere else.

I have given this store way too many chances. You go to the store two minutes after they open and they’re magically out of 3+ ingredients. The staff ignore people in line, no one seems to be running this place. I’m not sure why chipotle has gone down hill recently but save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other 10000 stores in Robinson. This chipotle is horrendous

I have never been disappointed with Chipotle, until today. I got a Sofrito bowl, usually my favorite. It had very little actual sofrito, lots of either undercooked or old hard rice. The rest was mediocre at best. And although the guacamole was delicious the chips were mostly broken. Bad day!

It’s CLEAN.

They actually make your order correctly.

Unbelievably bad service. Workers aren’t nice. They are yelling at each other in the back. They were out of a bunch of stuff. Food all over all the surfaces and floors in the back . Workers were throwing food and containers at each other. This location obviously isn’t being managed properly. When I came to leave a review I was unsurprised to see that many people had the same experience we did.

I went in at 9:45pm to order and they had no rice and no meat left in the entire store other than the sofritas which I don’t understand how a manager would that happened to there store when it says open till 11pm on the website.

How are u possibly out of three of five protein options by 7:30 on a minday when ur store is empty the poor management and overall business practices of this amd all other cipotles over the last several years is why myself and many others have chosen to stop eating at the chain. I hope they learn before their business crumbles

When we walked in there were 2 people in line. It was 5:30 on Sunday. The front line was a disaster, a ton of dirty pans stacked high behind. The cook was texting on his cellphone. Frontline called for rice and mumbled to herself and the cook lazily seasoned and stared it before passing it up. Food was not seasoned well. Chips were stale. I had to ask the cashier for my receipt and our cups. Mr. Pibb was out of syrup, lemonade was draining out of its container, no small lids, no green hot sauce, trash needed emptied bad. Service is super slow. Mobile orders seemed to move quickly! I will not eat at this location again.

Walked in around 12:30 PM on a Sunday. There were no veggies, beans, salsa, the rice was undercooked with nobody in sight to cook.
