Waiting a half an hour in line because they had one person working the line—only to be told they just ran out of rice and it would be a half hour wait.

Get with it, Chipotle. Every single time you will get a bad review. Your employees don't care. You are understaffed. Your dining room is a disaster. Just do yourself and everyone a favor and SHUT DOWN.

doesnt follow their own schedule, refused to serve me at 4pm even though they supposed to be open till 11 am, doors were unlocked people were still working. must be some insane management issues to have only three people working at a time

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor—employees looked like they couldn’t care less and moved at a snail’s pace. To make things worse, they didn’t even have the basics like forks or napkins available, which is pretty unbelievable for a place where you literally need utensils to eat. Overall, the staff seemed lazy and uninterested in helping customers. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Definitely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and would avoid coming to this one. Came at 2:30pm and they had no white rice, guacamole and everything in the soda fountain and drinks were empty, as well as no hot sauce bottles on the side despite having at least 6 staff members working.

No fajitas, difficult to find and a homeless man was standing over the counter glass while getting free food

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been here a handful of times and always the same. customer service. Right now I’m standing here with 10 other people at 11:15, 30 minutes after they were supposed to open, while they are inside getting ready to open. They have not once opened the door to apologize for being late or say when they will open.

It’s now 1105am and the door are still locked when it says you open at 1045 am.

Visit 2.
It’s now 1115 am, your store says you open at 1045 and the doors are still locked and there’s a bunch of people waiting outside and we can see employees inside.

Been here before; but man this place is going downhill quickly.
Got a bowl with white rice (rice is hard) probably not cooked well.
Run out of pick the gayo or tomatoes.
Half of the tables are not cleaned or cleaned with who knows what.
Soda machine both coke sides almost not working. No napkins, trash overflowing, windows could use some cleaning. I wonder what the back or fridge looks like.

What a change last time it was a tattooed girl making 100 orders a minute and a line almost out the door. (6months ago or less)

We've been going for a few months about once a week for so and have always been the most respectful possible. On our most recent visit the employee started preparing two bowls after only asking for one. This would be no problem except for the fact that she became highly agitated and treated us incredibly poorly afterwards, despite the fact that we were gentle in mentioning it immediately and completely gracious.

The bowl also had a bizarre and bitter flavor, but in-app support made it right thankfully.

The trend we've observed is that the staff has gotten more and more rude with both service and portions. We've since moved our business to the Baum location which has much kinder staff.

This location has gotten my app order wrong at least 3 times, which is a lot considering I don't order that often.

The place seems to be high volume and understaffed. I hope the workers are doing well and people wouldn’t throw their/garbage everywhere.

I was walking in at 7:36 and they closed down the front and only allowed online orders. Once I placed my online order at 7:40pm and the app said it would be ready by 7:50pm. 2 workers proceeded to play around and not make anything until 7:50pm

Went to pick up dinner. Place was absolutely disgusting. There was trash all over the floor and tables in the dining area. They were also out of chicken. The prep line was in terrible shape. Rice was everywhere and food was spread all over the counter and mixed in with other ingredients.
