There was 1 person in front of me in line and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Staff were complaining the whole time. About what I don’t know. Kind of uncomfortable

Went to pick up my food because it said the order was ready only to have to wait there for forty minutes because the chicken and rice were still cooking. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t say it’s ready when it’s not. Also, it’s gross inside.

Hello fellow millennials. You may, like me, be having a moment where Chipotle sounds good. It’s probably been a while, it sounds nostalgic and like it’ll hit the spot, you’ve forgotten all the times you’ve previously been reminded it’s not what it used to be.

This Chipotle location will be the reminder that it is, in fact, not what it used to be. The rice no longer tastes like cilantro, it is overcooked and packed into the bowl like mush. They will not have fajitas. The meat quality has gone down. The entire meal is flavorless in a way that feels concerning. They will forget to put your guac in the bag, and give you the wrong drink if you order pickup. You will find yourself paying $30 for this experience and mourning the days when a bowl was $6.25 and tasted like food. The days when the world was bad in a way that we didn’t realize it could get worse, and the food was good enough to ignore the e. coli outbreaks in the news. Those days have passed.

Ordered for pick up scheduled for 6:20….. went up at 6:35 asking where it was, 4-5 employees at the front all just looked lost and shrugged and said idk… the girl on right attempted to make it… more time goes by so 6:44 they tell me they’re out of items…. So we left… ALWAYS a problem with the staff here. It was not even busy at all. No rush whatsoever just staff members at the front playing around…. This store needs to change. Will be going to the one on Baum… MUCH more professional there.

Ordered a bowl with chicken rice veggies salsa pico and cheese via DoorDash.

Received the saddest excuse of an order. Cheese chicken rice, bowl is about 2/5th full. Wouldn’t recommend ever ordering from here. How disappointing.

went here for the bogo offer (3~4 pm) & started to stand in line since 3:20pm. the staff deliberately took longer, “cleaned” in between, and went through 5 customers in those 40 minutes, just to tell the people in line (who have been there for 30+ minutes) that their wait will not be honored. They stopped handing out bogo orders right at 4.

It’s a roll of the dice every time I come here. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it’s chaos. When I do manage to get food, it’s fine. But then there are days like today when there are only two employees working and they literally can’t take customers.

This had to be the WORST experience I’ve had at this location in the YEARS I’ve been going here. Location is suppose to open at 10:45am, not today. Crew says they’re short staffed should be open by 11:30, cool no rush I waited. Manager was rude on the phone, Doors finally open at 11:50, with not even half the line filled, only protein is chicken, online is being prioritized over the LOBBY FULL of in-person bodies (poor management) … one crew member on the line fighting for his life, no forks, spoons, in the lobby, no offer of any at checkout, not to mention me & the 7ppl behind me who all stood there for 20 mins waiting to be checked out while our food just sits there getting cold. A few ppl walked out (probably because their whole lunch break is over ) . Overall, this location is suffering because of POOR MANAGEMENT! Crew attitude is trash, prime location but they can’t sustain without a crew who can work a lunch rush. The most important person in there didn’t show their face once, and should be to blame(Management). Imagine thinking you’ll actually have a good experience by being the first person there at opening , just to not only wait 1 1/2 hrs for your food, be the 10th person served even though you were there first, and also have such shitty service.

God awful customer service. Staff left doors locked until 11:36 with a 10:45 open time. After doors were opened they still had not finished prepping the food. This is the worst chipotle location within Allegheny county.

I went to Chipotle at dinner time and the line took 30 minutes. When I finally got up to order they were out of many things and unprepared to have their sale. If you are going to be out of just about everything at least announce to the line that they have nothing. Overall wasn’t worth my time and probably won’t be worth yours.

I get one hour for lunch and this is the most unreliable place to spend it. Waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes because they “open at 11:15” when every website says 10:45. Got inside and was told they were doing online orders only. Would do 0 if i could.

Came with a group for lunch but were told they were closed. It was 1:30pm on a Thursday and they were staffed. There were other people besides us trying to get in as well. A real shame. They didn’t even apologize, just said “we are closed”. We will be taking our money elsewhere.
