I’ve been to this Chipotle several times, and the experience is consistently disappointing. They’re often out of main ingredients like rice or chips, and there’s no communication about it. Today, the white rice was undercooked, and they charged me for the gauc and chips without letting me know there were no chips, and when I noticed they sold me three mini chips for one regular. The counter is disorganized, and staff seem lost, often making me wait several minutes to be helped. We’ve visited at several times of the day and overall, it’s never been a great experience.

Every time I go to this Chipotle they find a new and better way of annoying me more. The service is by far the worst. Rude employees, long lines, cleaning is questionable, and they are always of out of something or just not making it anymore.

all i get is chicken and rice the store owner tried to give me a whole bowl of rice and a half of scoop of chicken then argue with me about it

Chipotle has suffered across the board in recent years, but this once-good location has fallen harder than most. Beginning around the time mobile orders took off, this place has gotten slower and filthier by the year. Don’t see this turning around any time soon.

I experienced the worst customer service in Pittsburgh. Two items were missing from my order. The girl in the front was extremely rude and had no intention of providing customer service; she even yelled at her customer. She clearly should not working there! Although her manager was present, they were unable to resolve the issue. Being 17 years old does not excuse rudeness toward customers!!!

Been sitting here for 20 mins, not open @ 1105 when suppose to be open at 1045. Worker litterally starred at us and didnt say a word an after answering ups. So far 6 ppl sitting here, lost 2 customers, about to be 3.

I stopped by for takeout and wow, the salad with carnitas was amazing. To be honest, the carnitas was the best I’ve ever had from any Chipotle… juicy, tender, and if I closed my eyes it was like eating something my mom made. Yes, I did just say that. I was totally surprised. The guac was delicious and the chips were fresh. Florine who made my salad was so kind and generous. Thank you!

I ordered online was given a time of 6pm to pick up my order... I arrived at 6 and had to wait 34 minutes to receive my order. From the word go it was insane...The dining area was in desperate need of attention. There was food all over the tables and floor the area to get drinks looked gross wet napkins straw and lids just threw all around and area sticky...even the counter where you pay for your food had food all over it..not to mention some of the workers were agitated and it showed. I would really like someone bring awareness to some of the girls. Some of their hair was all out and not contained by a clip or something is another reason for concern. This Chipotle needs new management way too much going on. Employees need to be trained on customer service.

I like Chipotle in general. But this specific Chipotle location is in complete disarray. They were out of a ton of food, there were disgusting pieces of rice, beans, chicken etc. laying unsanitarily on the serving bar, and they told me they had no sour cream even though they did have plenty but were holding it only for the online orders.

Disgusting place.
