They were out of the steak at 4:30 in the afternoon!!!! That’s ridiculous!! Asked if they were going to make some and was told NO!!!

I order thru this location quite often hoping it gets better but it never does so I’m officially done with this place. The portions are slim to nothing and it’s ridiculous for the amount of money this company makes!!! Horrible

I am eating at a few of the Chipotle restaurants and the one in Union town. Is probably the nicer than my link to the one in Monroeville. Waste in the bathroom when you're in dirty and you're a good thing. I turned on and walked out of which I was dirty, but the food was great.

Lunch time, only 2 people working, at least 15 people in line. 1 person working at the front counter, 1 person filling chips bags and another person in the kitchen area. I waited in line for 35 minutes and the food was as subpar as the service. They, didn’t have any chicken ready so I had to wait another 10 minutes while the kitchen guy fumbled around on his phone before bringing it out and it ended being dry.

When ever we come to this store to place an order it take minimum 30min every time even though there was not many customers as well worst chipotle I have ever seen

No experience. Walkin around 710pm Told they were not serving walkins only online orders. Lost an order went to wendys great biggie bag so much cheaper and enjoyed.

I just came thru the drive thru at 9:29 a white Karen girl with dark hair was very rude. She just threw us our food slammed the window flicked her pony tail . Then we sat there because I notice their was no napkins or no fork . He stood at the window for 15 mins and she walked pass multiple times and saw us probably because we were brown and black ! I’ll never come back

If I could leave less stars I would. Went it at 1145 on a Monday, no guac, no cheese, no vinaigrette, no lettuce. “There’s only 3 of us.”

This place need to be shut down. This was my first time going there. The board of health need to be called.
It what so filthy, the glass countertop, was so nasty that you could not see the food in the trays and the floors were so filthy, there was food and garbage all over the floor like they never clean swept the place and the trash can behind the counter where they fix the food was full and running over onto the floor we set outside to eat and the tables where nasty we had to get a wet paper towel to clean our table. No manager was speaking up

Gave me diarrhea

Seems like more of a takeout place, just didn't feel like an eat in at all. That being said, the food was good and the portions were perfect!!!!
