No experience. Walkin around 710pm Told they were not serving walkins only online orders. Lost an order went to wendys great biggie bag so much cheaper and enjoyed.

Great food great customer service as well!

I just came thru the drive thru at 9:29 a white Karen girl with dark hair was very rude. She just threw us our food slammed the window flicked her pony tail . Then we sat there because I notice their was no napkins or no fork . He stood at the window for 15 mins and she walked pass multiple times and saw us probably because we were brown and black ! I’ll never come back

Never have hard taco shells how is that possible

If I could leave less stars I would. Went it at 1145 on a Monday, no guac, no cheese, no vinaigrette, no lettuce. “There’s only 3 of us.”

This place need to be shut down. This was my first time going there. The board of health need to be called.
It what so filthy, the glass countertop, was so nasty that you could not see the food in the trays and the floors were so filthy, there was food and garbage all over the floor like they never clean swept the place and the trash can behind the counter where they fix the food was full and running over onto the floor we set outside to eat and the tables where nasty we had to get a wet paper towel to clean our table. No manager was speaking up

Gave me diarrhea

Seems like more of a takeout place, just didn't feel like an eat in at all. That being said, the food was good and the portions were perfect!!!!

I’m not the type of person who typically writes reviews but man avoid this garbage location. Seriously, I don't know how this location is still in business. They had about 6-7 employees working and not one person was at the online pickup station. Literally no one was present in the online station for atleast 30 mins. Waited 45 mins for one freaking burrito and store wasn’t even busy. Should’ve read the reviews before ordering. & All I got was a sarcastic sorry Pathetic management

Placed an online order but the store was apparently understaffed and opened nearly 2 hours late. There was a worker inside but didn't feel necessary to communicate with the customers outside who have been waiting for their food. I called customer service but they had no idea what was going on either. Best they could do was offer a refund for the food I wouldn't receive.

It was 945 ish when i pulled up i checked to see their hours to make sure i wansnt coming last minute. Seen they were open till 11 so i decided to go in.. walked in a guy was doing some cleaning i asked if it qas still ok to order.. no answer but je yelled to the back for the front line food preparer to come out.. after waiting 10 mins she finally comes out looking super miserable.. the counter was a mess with toppings everywhere.. ok it was somewhat the end of the shift but over an hour left.. she was not pleasent at all i just kept it simple a burrito chicken roce and lettuce.. (should ahve passed on the lettuce it looked gross..but didnt notice till she threw it on there). I asked it it came with chips or if i had to order them she said no chips come with it you have yo order them. Ok ill take a small order.. then she said we have no chips. Ok fine i paid almost 12 bucks got to my car and its ice cold.. damn it.. kinda my fault going at almost 10 but with a hour left i disnt think it was too bad to order it wasnt like i was getting a meal made to order.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this place just can’t seem to get it right. First time I went there I could see the guy slice his glove into the steak. Whether he realized it or not, he was slicing through a loosely fitting glove and then just pushed it off the board into the pan. From that point the only thing I really ordered was chips and guacamole/queso/salsa to go.
Today I decided to give them another shot since it’s been awhile and I like brisket. Well the brisket wasn’t ready (not that big of a deal, bad timing), but when asked if the chicken was white or dark meat, breast or thigh, the person kind of looked bewildered and stated that the chicken was cut up. Alrighty, wont be getting chicken then and went with the barbacoa. It was fine but I had to dump the juice/water/liquid out of the bowl because it was sopping wet.
Going the safe route, I got the standard guacamole and queso and chips as well, but that fell short too. The chips weren’t salted, they were incredibly greasy, and they were literally flimsy chewy - threw them in the trash. This was for lunch too so it wasn’t like it was a bunch of high school kids just learning how to work in society. Suppose I’m not going back to this chipotle for another 6-8 months.

I ordered rice and a double chicken bowl. Rice goes in, then I notice there's no chicken in the container other than maybe one serving of small burnt pieces of chicken that looked like charcoal. They burn their chicken a lot but this crumbled. The server actually took the container out of the table and shook it all to one side and dumped it on the bowl, water from the table dripping into the bowl. I ordered a couple of the other items just to see if he was really going to serve the garbage can of rubbish to me. HE DID. I paid for it, walked over to the over flowing trash bin, threw te bowl in and never went back, never will.
They really need to fire the manager and everyone below her.
