If you order online your food may be made 2 hours late if it is ever made at all. If you get in contact with Chipotle support they will say that the food was made on time even though there are 20 people waiting for their food. The managers are crap at their job and treat their customers like crap. There could be 10 people in the kitchen and only one person making orders.

It’s a completely regular Chipotle, except for the fact that they’re always out of most products you’d expect them to have. The workers are lazy and all they seem to care about is whenever they can clock out. I’m surprised they aren’t closed down by now. Do not go!

I barely have a standard for food at chipotle, but expecting to eat something I paid for looks like too much already. I can say I've definitely had the displeasure of eating here. Barely any ingredients available, staff's clearly ridiculously underpaid, and the people around me waited 2 hours for half a bowl. Truly a restaurant of all time, I've no idea how they're operating, and believe they need negative stars to get their management to notice what's even going on. Might as well hire the chicken (that you're not cooking eitherway) to serve meatless bowls coz even they can do better!

Walked in before 8 pm, three hours before closing, and they were out of just about everything. All the food pans were empty. They don’t have that many ingredients to begin with. How can you be out of almost all the salsas, most of the meats, etc. etc.? Disappointed to say the least, and not what I expected at Chipotle. They are usually on it and delicious but first time at this location. The staff seemed like they weren’t that happy, or just didn’t give a shxt. Not going back to this location and I hope it’s not happening to the whole chain now.
Ordered for pick up at 2:55, for 3:30. Wasn’t done til 4:05. I was given the wrong bowl so I went back to return it and get my actual bowl. The girl in the kitchen asks me what’s wrong from across the room and I say, “This isn’t my bowl” and she said “Did you check?”…. My name is not on it, the ingredients aren’t the same, I have an allergen supposedly in this bowl, I explain that to be accused of giving her attitude. Well, I open the bowl (which she put back on the shelf btw, extremely unsanitary for the actual recipient, but judging by the fact there was no bag left on the rack, they’re about to have another unhappy customer) and lo and behold, not my bowl. She then rolls her eyes at me and tells me to get in line to have it remade and tells the other people to “Deal with me”…. Mind you I have not been aggressive or having attitude whatsoever. Completely manufactured and anyone in that business could be able to tell who had an attitude, from a mile away. Even her own coworkers had quietly apologized for her behavior. And the bowl sucks, I mean this place always sucks it’s either not seasoned or so salted it could cause severe health problems, but the poor customer service this time really pushed me over the edge. Take the walk to the further Chipotle in Oakland, this one is a waste of money.
