I saw this place had crappy reviews so I was a little nervous, but then I had to leave a review of my own because my experience was great! Food was perfect and delicious, great portions.

i was just recently at this chipotle, not even a full hour ago and i had ordered a bowl in person. when i got to the toppings this tall white male worker with an awful mustache and not much hair was the one doing them (had to explain what he looked like as i didn’t see his name). he put my toppings on and i had POLITELY ASKED if i could get a tortilla on the side (i had forgotten to ask earlier). this man then proceeds to yell at me saying something along the lines of “well you should have asked at the beginning of your order huh???” (loud as hell). then i kinda laughed and was like oh sorry because what else am i to do?? this man just yelled in my face in front of maybe 3 other people for literally no reason. mind you there was ONE CUSTOMER behind me, that’s all. so it’s not like this chipolte was packed out the ass with people. it takes maybe 30 seconds to walk 10ft and put a tortilla in that warmer and bring it back. didn’t know it was such a crime to not ask at the beginning, sue me cause i forgot. also didn’t know it was normalized to yell at your customers in the most demeaning way possible 😹😹 the guy who was working the register was super nice though. but tall man with the god awful mustache was the rudest worker i’ve ever come across. maybe try not being lazy for 10 seconds at your job huh???? is what i should’ve said back. anyways worst experience in that place and trust i’ve had many bad ones, this one just takes the top. i’d maybe understand if it was busy and there swamped but it was me and one other guy in there… maybe he gets off on yelling at girls… i wouldn’t know 🤷🏼♀️

Probably the worst one in all of Pittsburgh, terrible service, the wait was outrageous, they only had one person on the line during lunch while everyone else just stood by and didn’t help.

Placed order for pickup, staff was just rude, like moody teenagers.. burrito was semi warm and not mixed well.. like taking a bite of one item at a time..

We placed an order to go here on Aug 2, 2025. The food portions were extremely stingy— for example, in the cheese compartment you can literally count the strands of cheese and easily see the bottom; it’s probably only 1/8 of the way filled. In addition, they didn’t include our bags of chips with the order (we didn’t have time to go back once we got it).
So overall: Order was incorrect, and the portions were excessively small.

Ordered burrito bowl three times so far from this location. First time was acceptable, 2nd time not so good, third time horrible. So much over-cooked rice, but hardly any chicken, the requested sauces missing, very bland! What for did they charge if they didn't include what I paid for? Will never order again from here!

Dining room filthy. Trash everywhere. Every table dirty. 2 forks left. Ice falling on the floor. Kitchen a mess. Just a mess everywhere! Front doors were nasty. Wallpaper is peeling off the wall. This location needs some tlc. Staff are robots. No sense of urgency. Mobile order was 30 mins late. No personalities. No helpfulness. Weird vibes.
