Just wanted 2 sides…no customers at counter. Employee made me order through app…claiming they couldn’t fill the order. Couldn’t get order to go through after 15 minutes. Not a single customer came through…they finally gave me the sides throwing an attitude and half filling a cup. Dude if they make it this hard to get a simple side…

Stopped in first thing to grab a drink and it took them over 5 minutes to wait on me. There were no other customers in the store

Tried the Carne Asada with Red Chimichuri. The Chmichuri is definitely a garlic, spicy delicious keeper. The Carne Asada not so much. Not worth the extra charge it was tough and stringy not pleasant to chew. Would get something different with the Chimichuri on the side.

The lady assembling the food is doing a great job. She was doing it alone, as all the other men working just walked away from her. Then we watched her manager reprimand her for not letting other people help her. Crazy when everyone else is lolligagging and she’s the only one pulling her weight and then some.

Usually order takeout and have never had an issue. The app is easy to use to order and alerts you when your order is ready. Quick drive up pickup windows. The area to drive up to the window is a little awkward.

The line did not budge after a long wait, so we left. They need to hire more people.

Managed to be out of white rice and carne asada at 11am. Wouldn't make more, no apologies, but was still expected to pay for the bowl they had started without mentioning any of this.

Ordered food online, picked it up, and drove back to the office like a responsible adult. Then realized they messed up (it happens). Went back to get it fixed. They sent it to the back for a “remake” and to add the missing guac. After 5 minutes, they returned triumphant... with the wrong burrito and no guac. Incredible. Left defeated, handed it off to some unsuspecting coworker.

The food and service at this Chipotle location were a major disappointment. The guacamole was so incredibly salty that I had to throw it out. For my salad, I requested a change from the wilted spring mix to romaine lettuce after the meat had already been put on, but the employee gave me a hard time about it, saying I'd be charged for a new one. He eventually moved the meat, but the carne asada was dry, and the portion size was tiny. I usually check reviews before I go anywhere, but I didn't this time. This location is not up to the chain's usual standard and is the worst Chipotle I've been to.

Came in at 2pm worker gave me nice big full scoops. I noticed newbies usually do it carefully and try to do a good job. Oldies dont give a crap about you or your food just to get over the order faster.

I found a literal rock in my burrito… I thought it was a black bean but nope, it’s a rock… avoid this place at all costs, go to the one in greentree or moon if you want chipotle near Robinson
