They are always out of food, and when I ordered through the app it took them over an hour to make the food. Very poor.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to … this place is an embarrassment to a company that I own stock in !! CEO should really come here and take a look !! The manager here has no clue .. filthy .. no silverware no ice — soft drinks are out and I asked some one to connect new canisters and they gave me a dirty look !! The front counter where you pay is filthy — I mean take a rat and wipe it off ! It only takes a second !!Terrible

Worst Chipotle ever. Waited in line for 15 minutes for them to clear all the food from the line and tell me that “this is all they have”. They had an inspector on who was doing his checks and about 10 people in line which were all being ignored. I waited in line for 15 to have no food to chose from. Just walked out. Customers service is beyond trash.

Go anywhere but here!! They can't get an order right to save their life. $10 bag of tortillas with a large thing of queso and I got a handful of chips. I also ordered a burrito and got a burrito bowl instead. We get food delivery on occasion and I wish they would take this location off of the Grubhub app

The first thing that struck me as odd as the bathrooms not being available for customers, the second thing was how rude staff were when I asked why I had to go elsewhere to use the bathroom? The response was negative to say the least . The place was dirty , not one staff member wore gloves mask etc. filthy floors, unkept employees. I look forward to sharing these issues during earnings.

This is my first time at this location and probably my last. The meat was unusually spicy, salty, and fatty. Every few pieces were purely meat fat. My rice was not fully cooked, I even got a piece of very hard, inedible rice in my bowl as well as a piece of corn (did not order). The portion of the rice was not nearly enough for all the meat i had ordered and in the end I had nothing but salty meat left in my bowl. My stomach burns by the unnecessarily high amount of sodium in the meat. I had the same exact concoction yesterday (from east liberty location), and not nearly as many issues.
Look I respect these workers but they take way to many shortcuts. Half the time they don't season the rice it's just plain white rice.

PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE. Seriously, the food is fine, place is clean, and the staff are nice, but they’re constantly understaffed and go through employees quickly. Maybe if the higher ups actually paid these folks more they wouldn’t be having these hiring and short staffing problems. It’s ridiculous, but I don’t blame the workers. They’re doing their best. But my god the wait times are often ridiculously long because there’s just not enough people working.

My experience at this Chipotle was wonderful! I drove 45 minutes and it was my first time at this location. I had two separate orders and the employees were very kind, fast, and efficient, even though my orders were complicated. I would definitely eat here again!
