This chipotle is disgusting . Every time I have attempted to order on uber eats, the order is completely wrong and half the things are missing.

The person taking our order was very distracted bouncing between taking my order and training a new employee, and underportioned mine and my family's order. When my wife asked if she could have a portion more reflective of what she's had another locations she was given a few pieces more and said it could only be done the once. The stairs leading upstairs also had three garbage cans overfilled. The upstairs had several chairs flipped upside down and look as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Won't be coming back.

There is nothing redeeming about this location. Stingy portions, understaffed, poor quality food. The only consistency is how bad it is here. Take your business elsewhere. Plenty of other choices on Craig St.

Never ceases to amaze me with how wrong they make my order every time. My fault for going to a chipotle in the city.

The food’s fine, but it’s always out of stock of various ingredients every time I go. The service would be great, if they weren’t always understaffed for how many customers they get. Understocked, understaffed, and too long of a wait. Would not recommend.

Worst chipotle experience ever, the bowl is not even half full. The guy serving the food is literally sexist and racist. He gives uneven portion depending on his mood and whatever ethnicity of the customer.

Absurdly tiny portion, as in I need to find something else for dinner. The food quality was terrible compared to other Chipotle locations, oversalted guac and burnt chips.

Chipotle has become more and more garbage by the year, but this particular location takes the cake for the worst I've ever been to.
The staff pretends like they are doing me a huge favor taking my order.
They are constantly understaffed and can't seem to take orders in a timely fashion even when nobody is in the store.
They constantly short you on every portion, since they have no idea how to manage inventory.
The food is bland (hard to imagine, when the ingredients are standardized, but bowls here taste noticeably worse).
Horrible location, avoid at all costs.

This was the size of my burrito LOL. The workers were kind and refunded my chips but it’s completely unfair to get half of what I ordered for full price.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had at Pitt so far. I went in to get some food around 10 pm, an entire HOUR before they closed but when I got in there the FIRST thing that they said was "First of all-" What?? First of all that is not the way to treat a customer, as if he is bothering you. Sorry you have to do your job. They say first of all we are about to close. Well that is just a blatant lie because it is 10. Then while they watch me as I stand there (I suppose that most people just leave at that point) and I say can I get a burrito. Guess what???? They are out of tortillas. Do I think that is true? Maybe. Should it be true? Absolutely fricking not. Maybe I'd understand it if they sold anything else other than FRICKING burritos. So I ask them if they are out of bowls too. Lucky for me (not actually, more on that later) they say they can do a bowl. BUT WAIT they are out of EVERY topping. So instead of picking up a burrito with white rice, black beans, chicken, salsa, sour cream, and guacomole I get a bowl with a few grains of white rice and some chicken and guac. Wow. When I was ten I lost my family to a house fire. Anyway so i bring it back to my apartment and we try it and actually it is hard to swallow. The rice was so hard youd think they poured the fricking raw rice into the metal tin. I genuinely can't belive that they could even sell that. I paid like 25 bucks for something I wouldnt feed my dog. Matter of fact I don't even know if he'd like it and he eats dry kibble twice a day seven days a week 52 weeks a year. Not good looks at all. Not at all.

They didn’t serve me any food when I was hungry. They had other people in line that they were serving
Rice is not cooked. Dirty. Long long wait in line for only one person serving. The owners should staff it a better.
