very rude staff. i asked them for one bowl and there were 5 servers who refused to serve, because they just wanted to stand and watch 1 of the servers complete a catering order. it was very annoying.
Since its close to campus each time you visit they are always out of things. for eg. this time they were out of lettuce, salsa, chimichuri, cheese, avocado.
they fill your bowl as if you are taking this for free.
I asked one of the servers to add veggies and he added 1 slice of capsicum and i was looking as his face. idk if he was trying to mock or what.

This chipotle is cheeks. When you're ordering, the white lady working there talks to you like you're her boyfriend that cheated on her with her best friend. She also gives out portions as if every excess gram of protein is deducted from her paycheck. The bathrooms were locked (even though they were vacant) and all three napkins dispensers were completely empty. If you want food near campus just go somewhere else💔.
Easily the worst chipotle in the greater Pittsburgh area. Staff is extremely rude, potions suck, and often out of basic ingredients. Middle aged lady with the glasses is the most soulless woman I’ve ever interacted with. Lower your expectations by 80% before you go here.
