Came to this Chipotle at roughly 6:30 and it was the worst experience i’ve had at any chipotle. The worker, a tall man, yelled at the customer in front of me and said “You need to pay attention,” as he was ordering since he was talking to his friend. No worker should ever treat a customer that way. When I got to the front, a lady with green short hair took my order. She gave me the smallest portions ever. On top of that, she kept cutting me off, and overall, was extremely rude. I would understand if they were busy, but there was nobody in line behind me! The tall guy with blonde hair and girl with short green hair were extremely disrespectful, and that kind of customer service should not fly anywhere. I’ve personally worked in food service doing the same thing, and part of the job is customer service. While the food was good, portions were extremely tiny. On top of all of that, all of the tables were dirty. Extremely disappointing experience. Please teach your workers how to be respectful and how to give the correct portions!

The staff is really rude and stingy. I remember my experiences distinctly and their unwillingness to provide decent service. The staff constantly shouts at their customers for basic requests like asking for a bag and/or water cup. Furthermore, the portions given in this branch are miniscule. You'd be much better off going to the other branch on Forbes Ave.
The WORST Chipotle I ever been to. This is my second time to this location and I thought I couldn’t get a worse experience. You’ll waste money for half the usual portion size AND rude service. Terrible workers, not nice at all and gave the worst service ever. Our friend asked for a chicken bowl and have him steak and rather than just charge him for chicken they threw the whole bowl away remade it and gave him smaller portions.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to several Chipotle restaurants in the Pittsburgh area and they were all of very poor quality. The staff was inattentive and the food that they had in stock was of poor quality. I will never go to another restaurant again and I will inform others to choose another option. Shame on corporate!!!!
