Portions were not good, rice had tooo much water and the manager on the line was simply rude and had no care.

The dirtiest, most unfriendly Chipotle I've visited.

Note: The food was made fast and accurate. Only had one option of steak, most items on the table were empty and did appear fresh. Lady making my orders was quick but sloppy. Steak was cold.

Unhappy customer.

Hw hard is it to make a simple meal for us? Rice was completely uncooked. Kid's meal did not have quesadilla, just small toritllas were put. My wife made sure all the ingredients were there but missed confirming quesadilla. It is disgusting how terrible every Chipotle has become. Shame on you. We literally trashed our food.

I would give a 5 star but they charged me 20 dollars for a bowl and a sprite that was just carbonated water. Who pays 4 dollars for a water man I honestly wouldn't even come here you want good food go to Layne's freaking fire

When I walked in, it was just me and my husband at the counter, so the place wasn’t busy. However, the employee serving us seemed to be in a rush, as if there were people waiting behind us. She wasn’t really listening to what we wanted and the food stations didn’t look clean. On top of that, there was only about half a spoon of guacamole left, and instead of getting a fresh batch from the refrigerator, she served the leftover portion from the container. Overall, the service and cleanliness were disappointing.

Out of all the Chipotles in Pittsburgh, this is my favorite one. It usually has most (if not all) of the things that I want in my meal. Keep in mind, I do usually go towards the end of the night so it's understandable that things are out of stock by that time.

The servers here are also great. I had an especially good experience last night with Val. Will certainly continue to come to _this_ Pittsburgh Chipotle, if I can help it :) Go Baum!

Weirdly “digital only” the day I went. Everything seemed confused. Was disappointed that they only had traditional sodas and no iced tea available.

On 9/5/25 order a chicken bowl and got a half a scoop with a whole bunch of rice. And when you say something it's like you wanna double portion no I want what I pay for chicken not rice. I could have brought a bag of rice and made my own chicken bowl for what they were charging. Me and my coworker said we will never eat there again. Like they are paying for the food. Is it coming out of their pocket ridiculous and it's not even good. STAY AWAY and you can't even get anyone on the phone they know exactly what is going on there
