They are open until 11p, is every customer for the evening going to be told this? How does management allow for key ingredients to run out during the dinner rush many hours before closing? The quality, service and experience at this location has done a complete 180 in my opinion over the last year. I frequent this location multiple times a week at different hours of the day and not only has the quality of offerings improved (everything is continuously stocked, i.e. vinaigrette/guac/proteins) but the frontline item members have become much more efficient and friendly over the past few months. When Jessie (the General Manager) is there, she’s always extremely personable and friendly and she, as well as most of her staff, now know my order by heart - super sweet of all of them! Compared to most other Chipotle locations in the Pittsburgh area, this one is now a 10/10 for me!

Went to the cashier to ask a question about my online order. Her and her manager gossiping about others while I wait patiently. I said “hi excuse me” people looked at me but didn’t move. Crazy teenage girl says “she’s just standing there not saying anything” (I did say something she just looked at me and stared).. this girl has a mental breakdown acting like a 5 yr old. Manager finally takes over and says “what do you want” no “hi can I help you” no “hi can I help you with something.” Rudest chipotle employees ever they acting like they work at McDonald’s.. and my online order was 5% whatever I ordered and 95% guacamole.

Yesterday I was at this location with an employee who was being served ahead of me. It was apparent to me that my employee was served minimal portions of the items she selected because she repeatedly asked, "could I have more please". When it was my turn, I also had to ask "could I have more please" because the serving size of items requested were minimal. The server was not pleasant, I assumed it was because of the reprimand she received as we were being served from a co-worker who brought out a huge tub of whole lettuce and admonished her because it was not prepped. We took our food 'to go' and when I sat down to eat, I discovered that the black beans were undercooked--they crunched as I ate my meal. I will not frequent this location again.
