I get chipotle every single day. This was my first time going to this location and ask for double steak And chicken, but they charge me for double chicken for double steak, When they They gave me maybe 10 piece of steak and one scoop of chicken. I would not go back again because I would not spend my hard-working money for people getting rip off. and you rather go to Greentree location, which is right by 376 is better than dislocation , it’s 0 star for them don’t go there

My wife got a bowl and wanted her wet toppings on the side as she planned to eat her food later. The guy putting on the toppings seemed very annoyed by me asking for two salsas (mild and hot) and sour cream on the side despite not getting any on the bowl. He said it's an extra charge for any more than two toppings on the side. I can tell he just didn't want to do it and was annoyed. When I get on the app and make the toppings on the side there is no extra charge. He then hovered over the cashier to make sure she charged me for a side. I don't have a problem if that's policy but based on the app, his body language, and attitude it was just him. I'll be going to Roots from now on.

So the server puts a drop of chicken on a taco, literally two pieces and we ask for a little more and he says he has to charge double, no ice in the soda machine, dirty floors, horrible service. Will try not to come back to chipotle. Seems like a management and portion regulation issue. Awful!

Pretty much the worst chipotle I have been too. Got three pieces of chicken on a taco and was told it would be double meat for them to add more. I get this on a weekly basis at other chipotles and it’s never that small of a portion. Additionally, paid for a speciality drink and then not if the speciality drinks are made in the fountains. Would not come to this one. Drive the extra 5 minutes to the next chipotle over.

Out of all the chipotle around, this is the best one. It gets busy quick but on a slow day it’s an excellent spot for lunch or dinner.
