They never have anything when i come. The last 3 times ive came they’ve been out of half of their things, they don’t even have tin foil lids to cover the bowls, they wrap them in tin foil. Not to mention very dirty…

They are CHEAP! I ordered a burrito bowl and the bowl was not filled up. I paid for extra sour cream and they gave me less than the normal amount. They put 1 teaspoon of guacamole and barely any meat. Only went to this particular Chipotle twice and both experiences were the same. Save your money go to another Chipotle. Fyi tipping will not give you the normal serving amount!

Small portions avoid this location. Total rip off. Can't wait till the new location comes in hopefully not the same owner. At the end of the container so girl spread out the steak thin so she would not have to get a new one. That is a double steak not a single. Mr Winschel I will be sure to tell them how you did on the website.

If under portioning was an Olympic sport these guys would be gold medalists. Irs amazing how inconsistent the portions are and how little you get sometimes not to mention how for delivery orders something is always missing. It's not that hard to double check before you send things outDo better
I frequently go to Chipotle on Cochran rd. It really has gone down hill in the last 4 to 6 months. The last 3 steak bowls I've got, the steak was all fat. Terrible. I had to pick out all the steak and throw it away. 2nd, the entire counter( the counter where the food is seved)is a mess and no one takes time to clean it up or wipe it down. Its disgusting. Dirty etc. 3rd, the staff is young( which is great ) but it seems to be more of a party then taking care of customers. I made a call to the BBB and hopefully this location gets reviewed. It surely needs it. This Chipotle location needs some clean up and some new management.

Location is just plain bad now. More than once they have given away my online order and wouldn't make me another so I have to get it refunded via corporate, They've become unbelievably skimpy on ingredients, and are constantly ruining out of ingredients. How are you gonna be a functioning chipotle and not have any tortillas at 2pm on Saturday? Employees are just pretty rude and argumentative now. And they're even constantly arguing amongst themselves.

Paid $24 for two burritos, one chicken one steak. The steak was DISGUSTING. The pieces were chewy beyond consumption. After shifting through the burrito for a few "good" pieces of steak (about 3 ) there was a huge area of "rice only" in the middle. This burrito was horrible and the employee who made it had the nerve to tell me "it's a little more expensive." I should have gone back and got my money refunded for that "fat-filled" gross item ? but instead I'm never going to return to Chipotle again....like EVER. This place reminded me of why I stopped eating this $h!+ to begin with.
