I am disappointed with the portion sizes, why am I getting less food in my burrito but the next customer who gets a bowl gets an extra few pieces of meat. I asked for light red sauce and the manager (whatever her name is) poured an entire serving of hot sauce which was the exact opposite of what I asked. Everyone but the manager was helpful. Would not recommend this be the first Chipotle I’d go too.

Absolutely the worst chipotle they give the worst servings the workers are all mad and it takes about 15 mins to get through with a line of 4 people do not go here stay away

Walked into this location at 4 PM when they’re offering a special at buy one get one free starting at 4 PM ironically this special is in store only and we’re told they’re not taking orders in person and you can only order online. The line continues to grow as she has to explain to every single person who walks in here that she’s not taking orders horribly run establishment way to ruin a good deal.

It was horrible the staff was making food for themselves instead of waiting on the 10 customers that were in there waiting to be served. The place was very sloppy and dirty I will never visit this place again its the one on McKnight Rd

I ordered two quesadillas today, and neither cutlery nor a veil were included. If people are paying for this place, you should offer a service in return. I asked for the Chicken with fajita vegetables. The vegetables were dried out and the chicken was dry. I asked for fresh vegetables and was told that there wasn't anymore. It's 2:00pm the store is open til 9pm. So late customers get no vegetables?Is this food left over from a previous day? I expected better.

terrible experience. waited in line for a long time because workers were arguing and not doing their job. there was one person doing everything with the long line. one of the workers was recording other staff and customers in line acting very immature as if his job was a joke.. he then proceeded to scream at a customer and throw a cup at her when she asked him nicely to delete the video he has taken because she was in it. other staff had to hold him back and drag him to the back because he was acting out of control. the food was terrible and cold, very small portions, i asked for extra portions and they were still very stingy with their food. everyone there was extremely disrespectful, the workers were laughing at their coworker, who was acting out, and acting as if everything was a joke.

Just went there less than 20 mins ago,undoubtedly the worst chipotle food n experience I’ve had. Portions was so small and when I asked for more chicken as he barely put anything in there he gave me 2 more tiny pieces and said if I needed more I’d have to pay for it. This was not enough to fill a 2yr old. The food is cold and had no flavor at all.
