Got to be the absolute worst chipotle in the area. Anytime you order ahead or get doordashed the order is guaranteed to be wrong and the portion size is a laughing stock. After walking in to the store after a wrong order the manager looks at me and says “yeah I wouldn’t order past 8 here anymore”. I’d stay far away from this chipotle till they get some new management.

I almost never complain and would normally not even say anything. Exhibited by not going back day of and complaining , however I felt I needed to juat say. Please dont rush! Take time to look at and review the orders that come through please? I ordered Chipotle on my birthday with my mom. Her order was perfectly fine. However except for the rice and sour cream my entire order was incorrect. What I got was 2 orders of carnitas (pork) bowls, white rice, kidney beans, fajita veggies cheese and lettuce... what I ordered was steak bowl, white rice, black beans, cheese sour cream and queso. And a carnitas bowl

Yet again, these folks messed up a takeout order by not including the guacamole in my guacamole and chips order. Also, napkins and utensils were ordered and not provided. Have you ever tried to call the store to complain? Don’t waste your time; they really don’t want to hear from you. To register a complaint, you are supposed to respond to an email they send you. I have absolutely ZERO faith that I am going to get satisfaction from these folks or a refund for food paid for but not provided. I am going to contest the credit card charge. I’m an idiot for trusting them with another order; I’m won’t do it again.

Even bigger reason to never go back. Someone from Chipotle responded to this review to make it seem they care, but they just directed me back to their website to complain again. Do these folks think I have all day to help them fix their own problems? Do they think they are the only restaurant out there? Simply put; I don’t and they aren’t.

Terrible service, guy had to remake my order multiple times because he kept moving without listening to anything I said. Still ultimately messed it up, not worth the price at all; especially when they don’t even listen to you. $5 for chips and queso for a quarter bag of chips if you’re lucky and the tiniest cup they can find.

Phil is an absolute super star! Even though there were some issues with short staffing, he was the captain that kept the ship from sinking. He deserves some recognition for his top tier performance and dedication. Truly, an employee anyone would be lucky to have or work alongside.

hi.genuinely like chipotle and probably had chipotle in my life at least 300 times. i rarely come to this location. arrived by 1040, and the staff was cleaning the area where they have food. the people were nice, but the food they served from the back was the wrost chipotle i ever had in my life. everything tasted off and it was not placebo- tasted old . i love how sweet the corn is but that tasted old, the chicken wasnt right and especially the rice.also i came in hungry so appetite was good but barely was able to take 6 bites . ended up composting it. not sure if staff expected no more customers but wanted to bring up to attention. at same time, this is a first world problem as anyone truly hungry would eat this with joy and be thankful. but only reason compelled is we never had a worse chipotle meal and from a affluent area.

Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been in and I’ve been to chipotles in Baltimore. A gnat was fighting me for my drink. Crazy this is tolerated in such a thriving area.
