Staff was nice about my situation but I found a very sharp object in my burrito. It came out of the beef Barbacoa. I almost chocked on it and literally had to pull it out of my throat.
Edit: you replied to me with the link to nowhere if you want to talk to me about it the location has my phone number.
Place was dirty, garbage cans overflowing onto the table. The line was covered in food, tables weren’t clean. The drink station was a disaster as well.

Ordered a burrito two separate times here while paying for extra guac. First time, no guac on the burrito. Second time, a very tiny bit scraped at the bottom. Gave them a second chance to see if the first was an accident. But to see a tiny bit of guac scraped on the burrito for an extra $3.60 is a terrible thing to do to your customers.

This location has gone downhill. Dry and chewy chicken. Burnt beans. Out of peppers/onions again! Multiple people standing around while one guy works the line by himself. Trash cans overflowing and dirty tables.

**Edit I tried to reach out as Chipotle instructed me to do and I spoke with a robot who didn't help or give me any suggestions or recommendations. I'm even more irritated than when I initially reviewed.
I'm so sorry to be so harsh, but we have come here so so many times and it is never good at this location.
The portions are half of what most Chipotle's give. I think they gave me a few tablespoons of rice this past time, and half of my bowl was completely empty. The value for what you get is horrible now. The food has never been very fresh when I've gone. The cheese was in chunks instead of shredded this past time I was there. I was also there with literally one other customer and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me (which normally I wouldn't mind at all, but I could hear the people just talking in the back who were meant to help me and the girl doing mobile orders told them several times that we were there waiting). The card machine has been broken several times we've gone, and it's not very clean inside. Happy to overlook one or two of these issues, but all put together it's honestly kind of ridiculous.
When I used to door dash, it took well over 40 minutes to get food for the customer.

It’s a crap shoot as to what you get here or any Chipotle’s. My order had all the ingredients that I requested, except the amounts were paltry. I always order double protein, but this time I’d say it was barely the “normal” amount. I’m annoyed that I pay extra for something that isn’t always given. Yet, they don’t refund the extra charge. I wish I had a photo of a good order to reference. I should know by now to avoid ordering through the app or at all.

Waited for my pickup order while people that came in and got in line were served immediately. No guac, half full.

I ordered catering through this Chipotle for an event, and it was an absolute nightmare. I have a newborn baby and was hosting 30 people at my house for a family event, and there was an issue with my payment which they didn’t make known to me until the morning of the event, so because of this they had to cancel my delivery. When I told them that was extremely inconvenient, they said there was nothing they could do & that I’d have to pick it up and pay for it in person. I tried fighting them but they said there was nothing they could do and asked if I wanted to cancel. I said NO, do not cancel it. I will find someone to pick it up. So I had to coordinate that while also preparing for an event and juggling a baby and other kids. Then they called me multiple times when I was at my child’s baptism. I called them back 30 min later and they told me they did not have my order prepared because they didn’t think I was going to pick it up. I told them their communication was terrible and that I was very clear that I did not want the order cancelled. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and told me they couldn’t risk losing almost $400 of food, so they didn’t prepare it. Well, what about the fact that I’m a paying customer, spending $400 on food at their branch and had a scheduled pickup time and confirmed with them that I would be there to get it?? They treated me terribly. She was talking/yelling over me when I was trying to explain the situation and ask for a discount because of the miscommunications and extreme inconvenience they were causing me. She couldn’t help me, couldn’t give me any sort of discount. The food was an hour late to my event. Nightmare situation. Horrible customer service. I will no longer be a customer of this chipotle branch. The people who work there need serious training in customer service.

They skimp on portions and the chicken was burnt to hell. I don’t blame the employees at all, this place has been understaffed for years. Chipotle should be investigating this store owner. It just progressively gets worse as the years go on, i don’t even feel comfortable eating here anymore

Awful service. Store is always packed with people due to either people being slow on line or some technological error in their system. Past 3 times I’ve gone it’s been like this; having to wait over 30 minutes for my food regardless if I’m ordering it through the app or in person. Will not be returning.
Don’t order online pickup. Instead of double chicken they give you half. You think we don’t notice things like this?

8:20pm on a Friday night and they were out of cheese and fajitas. After seeing no cheese, I backtracked to ask if I could get queso for free (since a burrito bowl without a cheese component is not what I would ever want). Manager said no, so I had them throw my order away (and I made sure to comment “what a waste”). Probably the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to.
