I eat lunch regularly at this location and my order is always perfect. Exactly what I asked for, hot and fresh. Yummy!

Typical stingy Chipotle. always try to short you as much as they can. If I'm paying 20 dollars for double protein, I expect double protein and not two bites worth from the bottom of the barrel like they tried to give me today.
Shoutout to bro who did hook me up despite his rude, lazy cook in the back telling him not to. The only decent employee on the line.

This is the first time I’ve been given portions this low because of lazy workers. They were running low on new chicken so they gave me a little bit to allow others to get some too. I had more damn tomatoes than meat and I had two pieces of chicken left when reaching half my bowl

I generally enjoy Chipotle, and the food is usually fresh and tasty. I'm giving it 4 stars because, like many places, they sometimes start running low on certain ingredients closer to closing time. However, I want to give a shout-out to Harlem, the cashier, who was very accommodating and made sure I had a great experience despite the limited late-night options

Worst experience. Food all over the floor. There was liquid in the utensil bin, there was no ice and when brought ice the worker made sure to get her drink BEFORE customers. There was over 5 employees working.

I do like chipotle, but, this on in pleasnt hills is gross, dirty, cross contamination of foods, and just unpleasant all together

This was my second and last time visiting this establishment. The first time I went, I walked out because they ran out of food. I went today on my way home from work and ordered a smoked brisket bowl and veggie bowl. They were out of veggies so it was basically a rice and cheese bowl. I kept the order only to find out when I got home, they forgot to put the rice and cheese bowl in the bag. I immediately called at 6:30 pm with a message that the restaurant is closed and will open again tomorrow. This location is a joke.

I came here for lunch a few times and I get it delivered from here as well. Both experiences was awful. Atmosphere sucks unpleasant and unwelcoming. They roll their eyes and have an attitude when you ask for fresh food due to only crumbs left. Then the food is awful. The brown rice don’t be cook all the way to tender soft. You have to repeat yourself even if you point at what you want you still have to repeat yourself. Guacamole still be bland no flavor. Chips don’t have salt or hint of lime on any bite. They always for get something or mess up on the order like tonight 12/9/24. This one east liberty and Monroeville is awful. These restaurants needs to hire culinary experts and college degree business management experts instead of low class individuals who don’t make any thing of there selves I will be leaving a review for the other two until chipotle stop paying pennies and hire professionals

Need to figure out the right staffing for mobile and in person orders. Food quality is hit and miss. Portions are light.

The place got worse as they made the rice very harder now days it uncomfortable and hard to eat, and their promo stakes were expensive as $12.60, and the servers were stingy to put meat on it.
