Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle. I worked at one when I was out of high school in 20-teens. So I have a good understanding of how a chipotle should be preparing food/drinks.
This has to be one of the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Serving sizes are always different, orders are never correct, fajitas are always raw, drink dispensar is always missing ice and/or a specific drink needs the bag replaced(meaning you get straight carbonated water). After my first bad experience there, I didnt want to say anything, as it could have just been a bad day. But this has been happening basically everytime I go there, or order takeout from there.
Also have to mention going in, chairs are always on the tables, like they dont want you to dine in there. And as per working at a Chipotle before, the dining area needs to be ready before open.
I hope this Chipotle location does better.
I can not recommend this location.

They added a large portion of chicken to my order. Usually, other Chipotles don’t do that.

Just not the same anymore. Food quality has gone way down. Service was ok.

Best chipotle

I ordered using the phone app.
The order showed that it was ready in the app. I go into the store and my food is not ready. I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be prepared. Then the bowl had the least food I have ever gotten in a chipotle bowl ever.

Bad service and not a good app experience with the order status being entirely made up.

Very disappointing all around.

Always out of fajita veggies. We should get a cost break when they’re out of items that customers ask for.

The floor was disgusting there was dirt and food everywhere on the floor I wanted ice tea but they were out my chips were stale most of the tables were dirty the stoles were dirty and the bathroom smelled rancid don’t go here at all the food was ok but my chips were stale and not warm

I love chipotle, however to say this was the worst experience I've ever had at one would be an understatement. The front staff were talking so much they interrupted in the middle of ordering 3 separate times. Not about anything important, just joking around. In turn, asking us to repeat ourselves every time. On top of that, we wernt given any untesils or napkins(to go order).

Tl;dr = Food was on par with every other chipotle, service was absolutely terrible.
