This is the worst run business on the North side. The website is totally wrong with hours etc. If I walk into a store and take food without paying its retail theft, but it's okay for Papa and sons to accept an order online take payment, while showing the store is open not only did they take the payment it gave me a pickup time. The restaurant wasn't even open. These clowns are a joke! Don't waste your time or money on these incompetent thieves!

On December 31st I ordered a Sicilian pizza for delivery. It arrived hot and delicious looking with crispy pepperoni. I couldn't wait to eat it! Unfortunately, the underside of the crust was a little overcooked and tasted as if they oiled the pizza pan with old deep fryer oil. The cheese, sauce and pepperoni was still delicious so I said I will give this place another try sometime and order a traditional pizza. On January 22nd I ordered a one topping traditional pizza. Unfortunately it was over cooked and tasted burnt. My husband and I had a hard time chewing the crust. Such as shame because this place has the potential to produce a great pizza. I think they need a better cook.

The food was tastsy, staff friendly, and they have pa skill games. However, it is very small inside, and they are usually not staffed well. ( Not that I minded the wait)If you win more than a few dollars on the skill machines, you will have to wait. Which again not am issueWould recommend, and will be eating there again

Totally decent local pizza! I really appreciate that they are one of the few restaurants in Brighton Heights! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.

After a 12 hr construction shift downtown, I arrived and asked one of the kitchen workers standing outside on the sidewalk if they had anything already made (pizza bt the slice, sandwiches, etc). She acted like I was bothering her at a family gathering, snarkily said "um, no we don't" then pointed me to the store entrance to go look at the menu for myself as if my first time visit there was a hassle.I tripped on the broken concrete sidewalk right in front of her, cut my hand up to the point of noticeablebleeding, amd she sucked her cigarette for one last heavy hit and made some kind of unapologetic remark before swinging the screen door to walk inside.I went in the main entrance to see if I could get some kind of answer to my question, such as "yes, we have this, that, etc" and I was met by a short older man who cared equally as less about anyone's business on a Friday afternoon. All the meanwhile I hear her in the background saying things to him in a tone of voice that made me feel like i was an annoyance.I wouldn't eat here if you paid me. It feels like you're bothering the employees even by being inquisitive OUTSIDE ON THE SIDEWALK.These are the types of places that spit in your food, undercook things on purpose, don't wash there hands, etc.I'm flabbergasted at the lack of care people have in their work, if I can put in a 12 hr day and be friendly and polite then so can they. I'd rather eat gas station pizza, at least it has a chance of being fresh and made by someone who wants to provide a passable product. 0/10 for these guys. Stay away!!

Called in to order a pizza for pickup. Got attitude over the phone. I did want a custom pizza. Chicken green pepper and white sauce if they had it. And a 2 liter Pepsi. Was told a half hour. I gave 45 mins before I left home. I arrive and pay for my order with my card. I was then informed that my pizza was just going into the oven! Wow. I joked "wow nothing for the inconvenience. I was told by the vertically challenged brunette that " I don't even get that for myself" that was our entire interaction. I won't be back.

First time we ordered they said an hour but it was only about 30 minutes, piping hot and ridiculously delicious! Second time I ordered was just as fast and even more delicious! Definitely recommended!

The prior owners would deliver to my address, and the new ones refuse to deliver to me. Employees can be very rude at times
