Yeah the staff don't care AT ALL. They can barely even muster the courage to look at you or speak and don't even think about anyone being good with children. They do not care.

Grant it it was a weekday but we waited for over 10 minutes before we were greeted. Finally a manager acknowledged us and got an employee to help us. The food was excellent. What really turned me off was the fact that the two male employees were eating right at the counter by the register.

Way over prices. Fun for all is cheaper. Same old games. Fun for all has more options. Chuck e cheese should always make an apperance for the price you charge. I pay an hour and eatting time uses up the hr play time. For that price. U give nothing. I get my own food, i clean my own table. No employees ever walk the floor. Cheap china stuff given. I spent 150.00 for terrible gifts. Just look at that little sucker you pass out! Old games and no service. No hello, welcome. No good bye . Thank you. Might as well been a drive thru service. Because it rained so bad we were there for hours. Truly poor service.

Kids managed to have fun. On the other hand the old lady is understandably tired and not kid friendly and should not be working in a kids environment. Overall great games.

Vomit on floor no one cleaned it up!! No telling how long it was there and I asked is that vomit on the floor and 3 workers at the counter were all like .. oh yeah it is. I'm like well are y'all gonna get it up and they're all looking at each other and then someone's like well the cleaning guy doesn't come in until 5 mind you it's 1 o'clock in the afternoonand as I stood there, I literally watched all the kids just walk into it and track it all over the place I said I'll be back and never return instead I went to the Bridgeville location which was cleaner and more organized.

It was very hard to get help there. We ended up going to the self-service machine to get game cards for the kids. Atleast four of the games were broken and nobody was doing kid checks. Will not return to this location felt very unsafe for children.

NOTE FOR PARENTS OF LITTLE ONES: no safety protocols in place!!

I was here for a birthday party with my 3 year old and 1 year old and it was stressful to say the least (my kids’ fault, not the establishment). It was quite difficult to keep them both tamed by myself and within 20 minutes, my 1 year old went missing. I ran around the whole place in tears trying to find him. There was hardly any staff in sight. I eventually found him and my friend told me not to worry because there was someone at the door who checks stamps and it would be impossible to leave with someone else’s child. This was absolutely NOT true. I went in and out that door 3 times throughout my stay and not once was there someone at that door. The only time someone was at that door was when we got there. I most certainly will never come back here again unless my husband or another adult is with me so we can be with each kid at all times. Even then, I’m not sure I would feel safe coming back. Such a shame too, because my kids really enjoyed themselves.

Side note - also super messed up they charge so much for the kids to use the trampoline. It’s like extortion without the promise of safety in any way.

Had my 4yr olds birthday party here, everyone had a great time! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything other than the cupcakes! It was a great price too. Staff was great as well.

The kids had a good time the food was what you would expect. There was no sign of chuckie cheese but the kids didn’t notice. Love that u get unlimited play for the amount of time you choose.

We met friends there for the hour long all you can play time. There was one person who handled everything, but cooking. So while yours and your child’s hands will be stamped with matching numbers upon entry, no one will be checking them when you leave. (This is supposed to be for safety so that your child can only leave with the person that brought them).
The kids liked the games, but were okay to be done after the time was up. You get “tickets” added to your card from certain games and can get small prizes when you’re done. Trampoline was closed. Chuck E. Was not there. Tables were dirty. Okay place for an hour, but not in a hurry to go back soon.
