Arlene was absolutely miserable, I purchased a both play and jump passes. She tossed the jumping socks at me....my son played for about an hour before he was ready to jump. We went over to ask her to open it, She said you jave to pay for it! After having to prove I did she said we'll I dont care im leaving in 10 min... I was shocked. My son even asked why that lady is so mean.... he's 4. We left early, Headed to McDonald's solely to avoid dealing with her for drinks and pizza.

On February 22 my God daughter was totally ignored by Chuck E. and although she was just 2 years old and happy to be there it was very hurtful to watch her be ignored like that especially when he didn't treat the other children (who were white) that way. My baby still hugged his leg unaware of what was happening because she's just an innocent sweet little girl having fun. What a way to start her birthday, the person who was playing the character that day should be ashamed of themselves and hopefully they won't ignore any more children especially black children in this manner again.

Medford niece's birthday party. The swipe of the card to play games is awesome. The ticket booth was very cool as well.

Great place. Not like Chuck E. Cheese was when I was a kid in the 80s. It was very crowded and my family caught the flu.

I recently organized a preschool classroom families meet-and-greet at Chuck E. Cheese North Hills, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Manager James and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our group. James was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The team generously reserved a table for us and even offered a discounted rate so each child could enjoy pizza, a drink, and plenty of playtime. They also surprised the kids with adorable grab bags filled with small toys—such a thoughtful touch, especially since the little ones were more focused on the rides than earning tickets!

The highlight of the day was the moving dance floor and a special visit from Chuck E. Cheese himself—the kids were thrilled! It was such a fun and stress-free way for parents to connect, meet their children's friends, and build a community.

I highly recommend this location for parent groups, preschool classes, and family-friendly gatherings. Thank you, James and the amazing Chuck E. Cheese team, for making our event so special! We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🎈🍕

Kid-friendliness: All the kids love this place and the games can accommodate all ages!

Got the monthly membership for my son (4 yrs old). We got the bronze which includes a discount on food and 40 game credits per day. We have been twice so far and it’s been around an hour each time including food. Had a good time and the food was good.

$30 for a pizza???? $25 play card. Can go to Texas Roadhouse for a juicy steak! Games sometimes work & you barely win tickets for prizes. You'd make more cash flow making food reasonable for all family incomes. Can't afford both pizza and games. Sad.
