I don't know what's wrong with Churn nowadays but they don't seem to know how to make their own drinks anymore. Both myself and a friend have gone in and tried to order something, the people working are confused, and the drinks end up wrong anyways. I feel like this place is just going downhill and it's not worth it anymore.

Walked in at 8PM when the closed at 9PM. The one staff member was generally rude and unwelcoming. I will not be returning.

Great selection and really friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Enjoyed the mint cookie crumble, black raspberry and French toast flavours. Definitely the sweetest ice cream I have ever enjoyed ?

Service is slow, they were more worried about closing down than serving guests. And the ice cream was tasteless and overpriced.

I visited this shop last week and the whole experience was relatively not great. I wanted two scoops in a cup, which was already a little pricey at almost $8 after taxes. But also the sizes ended up being larger than advertised - which I know is a strange thing to complain about, but I would have rather ordered a smaller size and saved a bit of money if I knew. Additionally, the ice cream flavors were not that great. I tried two (which is all that they allow) and both tasted artificial. The ice cream was very gummy too. Whatever preservative or fixative they used made it so you almost had to chew the ice cream. I would not recommend.
