I live around the corner from Cilantro & Ajo & somehow have missed it for who knows how long (becsuse I always the other direction on Carson). A great discovery. Food that's not American, a little exotic -- not trying hard to be fancy. A fun place. I had the Reina Pepiada Arepa & would have it again. Flan for dessert. Very good. this place has the best food I may have ever had from a food truck! just about everything was gluten free. usually there are one maybe two things on food truck menus that are or can be made gluten free, I was happily overwhelmed with choices. the empanada even reheated well. I will 100% be coming to bloom brew every time they are there. I may even travel to eat from this truck, it honestly was that good.
