Fun place. Great happy hour. Food is good bar food, good drinks and beer. I really hate that you have to order on your phone, pay on phone and they automatically put on a 20% tip. Servers were just standing around since all was on phone. I had to chase down napkins, forks and condiments. Nice atmosphere. Just bring your phone or you're out of luck.

Glad to know Pittsburgh is doing a few things right. This brewery being one of them. It's in 'The Strip,' and don't worry, they won't have Las Vegas Strip style pricing here. There's street parking and a giant parking lot right next door. Lots of construction going on in this area. So, The Strip is up and coming? There's plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, including bar stools. Had a couple beers and read a book at the bar. Social anxiety mixed with love of craft beer. If that's you, too, expect some overhead comments like, 'I thought this was a bar,' from the sassy, heartless bartender. Discomfort!
Beer time: Tracks Again is a fine traditional pilsner. Squish Ice is a modern hop-forward West Coast pilsner. Don't see too many of those, and it's a good one. Get it while you can. Strawberry Yinzerade is a nice sour, and was the visit's taste highlight. Bombs in Pop Space, another fruited sour, had lots of terrific blended fruit flavors, softened with some lactose for that milkshake taste. The Coffee & Orange Nitro Milk Stout was gross. Not recommended. The piña colada inspired Rooftop Colada wheat beer was an unexpected treat.

Stopped here on a recent visit to Pittsburgh. It’s in a very cool industrial-looking space (I assume a repurposed building like a lot of the places on and around the Strip.) The first floor has a spacious bar and plenty of tables. The second floor seems more dedicated to dining, with lots of tables inside and on a big outdoor deck area. The food and beer are exceptional with lots of creative touches on both. We had two kinds of pizza, and both were crispy and delicious. There are many other menu options if pizza isn’t your thing. Our beer selection included a Helles, a Pils, and a killer nitro milk stout with a tangerine addition. I wasn’t sure I’d like the stout, but I was curious so I had one. It was amazing! Food and drinks are ordered seamlessly via your phone and arrive at your table promptly. There are also staff members on the floor if you have questions about anything. There are lots of breweries in Pittsburgh and, having visited several, I don’t think there’s a bad one in the bunch. But make it a point to check out Cinderland…5 stars!

Ok, if you've been to a few breweries you know the focus is beer first, food second. Well Cinderlands managed to bring both to the forefront! I had their burger of the week - A Stuffed Biscuit Burger! - It's made with ground wagyu beef, onions, jalapeno, Cheddar, baked inside a housemade biscuit crust. Topped with maple bbq sauce, arugula(had to something good for you) & a pickled green tomato. WOW! Just awesome, that burger had no chance!! Now their beer was excellent as well. 15 choices, not 30 like some places where only about 10 or 12 are decent. I tasted 6 and they were all crushable. I highly recommend you give this place a try the next time you're down in the strip district. Cheers!

We went in on a Thursday when they had the wing special, such a privilege. The wings were IN-credible, in fact they are resplendent! But jokes aside the Korean Barbecue wings were really good. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Very comfortable.
We recently held our wedding and reception at Cinderlands. We could not give more rave reviews!! The minute we stepped in the door, their venue coordinator Kate made us feel right at home. Her excitement, energy, and flexibility made planning our wedding so much easier. She answered all of our questions and provided her expert advice on logistics. She went above and beyond to make us feel special and excited for our big day. Chef and his team created the most delicious menu both for our tasting and for our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was! The bar staff were excellent! The entire Cinderlands team helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect!!

Decided to check out Cinderlands since I was in the vicinity. Place was very empty. Bartender was super nice and i ended up getting a flight of 3 of their West Coast IPAs. Wife got the sour flight and we split them. All were fairly solid beers. Will be back when I'm not so full from food

The Sunday crew needs to get it together. The slowest service, even on an app-based ordering system. Multiple rounds of drink orders not delivered. We even had to go in and pick them up ourselves. One glass even had lipstick in it… barely an apology. Definitely not typical for this place. Probably go to their Lawrenceville spot instead.
