Customer service does not exist at this place. My friend and I waited at the register for five minutes while three workers refused to acknowledge us to take our order. Never mind, I will spend my money somewhere else.

Should you eat here: No.Sadly this Cinnabon has gone down hill. I moved in the area around 2019 and then the food was excellent. Over the past few years the food isn’t good anymore. I’m a huge churro guy and before they would be fresh, warm and delicious. Now, they are stale, cold and just not good. The cinnamon buns are the same. What a shame. I do not recommendZ

The mall at Robinson says that Cinnabon at 10:00, my daughter and I get there and the associate said they are not open until 11:00. When I asked her, she was very rude. I suggest getting the correct times since there were a lot of people there asking and she was very agitated.

Listed as opening at 10a, someone was there doing morning prep but it actually opens at 11a. Apparently no part of the hour prep involved actually making food though, because they were out of everything except the regular cinnamon rolls.The Auntie Anne's pretzel side was completely barren, no pretzels of any kind.
Was told they won’t open until 12 because of staffing.

Worst customer service ever. The manager was rude and referred me to the Kiosk to place the order. She said their was a "cheat sheet" to follow. She didn't even look up from her phone as she was texting whr. she told me this. After the Kiosk wouldn't load she was very irritated that she had to stop texting to take my order. I ordered a dozen Cinnamon rolls and she rudely told me she only sells them in 6's. Um ok then I will take 2. She was irritated and acted like I was inconveniencing her.

Friday, Nov. 13, 2020: I went to Cinnabon at Robinson Mall for first time. My experience could not have been nicer. A young brunette gal waited on me immediately. She filled my order and offered "sides" and was 100% cordial. The service and the server could not be better. I was not expecting "this" after reading previous reviews. Perhaps management corrected the problem? I am a happy customer and will certainly return.
