Okay yall, the cinnamon rolls are actually so soft fluffy and delicious (especially with peaches) you cannot go wrong with that here. I also enjoyed an iced coffee and it was so yummy! The service was good and they quickly catered to me. The only thing I have as a con is there is not indoor/outdoor seating. There are benches a bit down the street that were nice to hangout on but I do wish there was seating either in or out of the building! Overall so yummy tho!
The Cinnamon Rolls were the best I’ve ever had. The lemonade was on point and service was awesome.
Great vegan cinnamon buns. Nice location. Wait was a bit long.
Very good cookie dough. Lots going on with cinnamon roll. Sweet. Very sweet. I just don't handle too much sweet. Not for me but don't let that keep you from trying it if you like sweets. Have to give it a try to see if for you. Great staff too
We used Cinnaholic as our dessert for our Sunday morning brunch wedding and we cannot say enough good things. Maggie kept in contact with me for about a year as booked with them early on. She answered every question I had thoroughly and quickly. The tasting they provided for us was out of this world and even included many seasonal flavors which was great because we did end up choosing a few of those! They delivered everything, set up beautifully and handled all of the clean up. If you need to use them for any kind of event I cannot recommend enough!
Turns out Cinnaholic’s edible cookie dough is not actually edible. Worse, their baker was not the least bit concerned about the fact that they do not cook or “heat treat” their flour. Raw flour is not safe to eat and poses a risk of food borne illness including salmonella and E. coli. Nothing on their website reference cooking their flour, so I called to ask after ordering an Uber Eats delivery from them. The baker was happy to tell me it’s “edible because they don’t use any animal products.” But when I asked if the flour was cooked, they said they take it straight from the bag and then doubled down on it being edible because it is vegan. Yes raw eggs are dangerous but so is raw flour! Clearly the baker is not food safety certified. Waiting to hear back from Cinnaholic corporate.
Delicious and all options are 100% vegan. Friendly staff too.
I've had a lot of cinnamon buns in my life. This is by far the best customer for life

It's not easy finding vegan options. I was surprised to find this place on Google and figured I'd give it a try for my friend's birthday. I showed up an hour before closing on a Sunday and expected limited inventory and possibly some pre-closing frustration, but I got neither. The staff was direct, but informative and helpful. I put in what I consider to be a large order and they immediately went to making it by hand per order. I got two of each signature roll. They were beautifully presented and packaged. I then drove 30 mins to where they'd be enjoyed. By the time I got to my destination they were looking a bit sloppy, but I understood that they were iced while warm and my driving was probably not the most elegant. Regardless, they more than impressed in presentation and flavor. They were also still warm and gooey, to my surprise! As someone who is not vegan, I expected some sort of compromise, but I couldn't find any. They are simply very good cinnamon rolls. The price was a little higher than comparable products, but in my opinion it's worth it to have an accessible vegan option. We had a blast enjoying them and sampling the different flavors. Well worth it! Thanks!

It's a great experience everytime I come. The cinnamon rolls are a little pricey but they're vegan so it allows for my allergy affected kids to get a dessert like everyone else. So glad they have a location in pittsburgh

The employees are very nice and informative, but this is so sweet and messy. I wish there could be an option to not warm them up. The sweetness will hurt your teeth. I also wish that they were some sort of seating. I didn't want to eat this in my car because I was afraid it would get all over it. You have to really love sweets to finish these cinnamon rolls. It is also kind of expensive. If you build, you also add $$$ to your customized roll. One roll would probably be good enough for 2-4 people.

The Shark Tank show has really hit a great idea here in Pittsburgh. Cinnaholic is amazingly good! I would highly recommend to anyone. The cinnamon rolls were the best I have ever had. I had the Incline roll. You may need a Pittsburgh hill to walk off those calories but so worth it. It had peanut butter cups, cookie dough and icing. So delicious. My husband had the apple, also yummy. The birthday cookies with icing were great. Since it was my birthday, it was a fitting treat for later. They also make cakes. I wish I would have known, it is very hard to find a dairy free cake but they look delicious. I would tell anyone who is vegan to come and give it a try. Also, anyone who had allergies should stop in. The staff was great at answering questions too.
Dietary restrictions: So many allergy friendly options, check out the website!

Excellent customer service, friendly and delicious! I bought 2, one for myself and was only able to eat half.
I LOVE cinnaholic. As a vegan it’s so nice to have a place where I can get a sweet treat where I know everything is safe to eat and where I have a million options. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been fresh and delicious. And they’re always accommodating to my friend who has a nut allergy- going the extra mile to thoroughly decontaminate everything upon request. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
