Absolutely delicious. Didn't know that it was all vegan, it was still delicious. We got 3 different flavors and shared. Highly recommend.

Fantastic cinnamon rolls and customer service. I go here all the time and the rolls are out of this world. I love the brownies too. Definitely worth the try!!

The cinnamon roll just didn’t taste as good as it looked, definitely was hard and the icing was not good at all.

Generic, mid cinnamon buns in a region with so many quality local bakeries offering better

Wow! Incredible cinnamon buns! We got the Strawberry Shortcake bun and the Pittsburgh Pothole (Cookie dough) bun; both so delicious. Highly recommended! Also Rob is such a nice guy, we had a good chat with him.

Cinnaholic catered dessert for our wedding and WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WE DID THIS. Our guests RAVED about the mini cinnamon buns and cookie dough shots. Cinnaholic holds a special place in our heart (and I'm dairy free) so it was absolutely perfect. Maggie was an absolute pleasure to work with and put together the most amazing tasting for us. They even did the set up for us. Cannot recommend enough.

So this is my honest review. We had never been there and wanted to give it a shot. Walking in we didn't realize it was a dine out place. No big deal we just didn’t know there wasnt a place to sit. We got kind of a growny teen greeting. We mentioned we had never been there before and there wasn’t much interaction about recommendations or what you can order or the combos or building your own bun. The other girl had her big head phones on. So she was checked out. I wouldn’t say they were rude but lacking customer service skills, which can just turn customers off. When we got home we added some of our own topping. Just to save on cost. They are a bit pricey. The icing is good but roll seemed a bit more like a donut. Needs more cinnamon in the layers but still tasty.

Overall, staff need more customer service training. Or try and keep that in mind when hiring. Not everyone is made for the service industry.

Okay yall, the cinnamon rolls are actually so soft fluffy and delicious (especially with peaches) you cannot go wrong with that here. I also enjoyed an iced coffee and it was so yummy! The service was good and they quickly catered to me. The only thing I have as a con is there is not indoor/outdoor seating. There are benches a bit down the street that were nice to hangout on but I do wish there was seating either in or out of the building! Overall so yummy tho!

The Cinnamon Rolls were the best I’ve ever had. The lemonade was on point and service was awesome.

Great vegan cinnamon buns. Nice location. Wait was a bit long.

Very good cookie dough. Lots going on with cinnamon roll. Sweet. Very sweet. I just don't handle too much sweet. Not for me but don't let that keep you from trying it if you like sweets. Have to give it a try to see if for you. Great staff too

We used Cinnaholic as our dessert for our Sunday morning brunch wedding and we cannot say enough good things. Maggie kept in contact with me for about a year as booked with them early on. She answered every question I had thoroughly and quickly. The tasting they provided for us was out of this world and even included many seasonal flavors which was great because we did end up choosing a few of those! They delivered everything, set up beautifully and handled all of the clean up. If you need to use them for any kind of event I cannot recommend enough!

Turns out Cinnaholic’s edible cookie dough is not actually edible. Worse, their baker was not the least bit concerned about the fact that they do not cook or “heat treat” their flour. Raw flour is not safe to eat and poses a risk of food borne illness including salmonella and E. coli. Nothing on their website reference cooking their flour, so I called to ask after ordering an Uber Eats delivery from them. The baker was happy to tell me it’s “edible because they don’t use any animal products.” But when I asked if the flour was cooked, they said they take it straight from the bag and then doubled down on it being edible because it is vegan. Yes raw eggs are dangerous but so is raw flour! Clearly the baker is not food safety certified. Waiting to hear back from Cinnaholic corporate.
