Red velvet should not have raspberries in it
Damn. Ice cream had freezer burn, staff was rude and the best part…I order my toppings and the male employee with his bare hands grabbed the toppings and just mashed it into the cup. No mixing. No gloves. Just mashed crappy ice cream with his bare hands into the cup and handed it to me.
They really accommodated me and are super nice! Def stop in.
I really have a good experience at cold stone ..they serve very fresh ND delicious ice cream I really like it ND I recommend everyone to visit this store ND also enjoy ice cream
If I talk about something tasty or peaceful for myself, it means Cold Stone. Their ice cream is so good and so fresh! I’ve been a regular customer for 8 years now, and this is my favorite place. Yes, their prices are a bit higher compared to other stores, but the quality is also top-notch. I really like the ice cream from this store. Even all the employees are very nice.
My chocolate ice cream waffle cone tasted like it had pine sol cleaner in it. Very disturbing because the entire store reeked of pine sol or whatever concentrated cleaner they were using. I couldnt even eat the 11$ I wasted at this place and apparently corporate doesn’t care because they haven’t messaged me back and it’s been a week. I hope no one gets poisoned. 🤢

Ice cream? It's Cold Stone!
My freezer always have a big box of ice cream from cold stone!
Our family is big on milkshakes.. we tried this place for the first time about 2 months ago and haven’t gotten milkshakes from anywhere else since. We go 3-4 times a week. We started with regular vanilla and Oreo shakes then the staff recommended the cake batter shake and it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted. They’re consistent and friendly. We pay 30-40 for shakes anywhere we go so the prices arent higher than other places. Will try some more stuff if we ever get tired of the shakes . And can’t forget to mention that the staff (I think the owner) knows how to treat a regular customer

Ordered ice cream cake for birthday. Was ok. A little disappointed because the finished product looked nothing like the photos. My granddaughter was enamored with the raspberry -chocolate combination, but there was minimal raspberry presence. We bought a container of raspberries at the grocery store to re-create the look on the menu. Also, they used a really ugly color for the "happy birthday" greeting I had requested. The orangy color clashed.
But -- it was ok.

This is one of my favorite ice cream companies, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. The ice cream is always good but they are pricey. I keep coming back though because of how good it is. I like how there are no flavors constantly and there are diary free options. I haven’t tried them yet but soon. Recently there was a blueberry muffin ice cream and a banana pudding ice cream and they were so frickin good.

Dont order through Uber Eats. The portions are absolutely incredibly tiny and I was missing an entire waffle bowl that I paid extra for. Ordered two creations and even though we ordered the same size, one was smaller than the other. My partners was slightly larger but Mine was so tiny. It was one small scoop of ice cream with add ons. I paid $15 for mine because they charge $1.40 for every add on and it came in a bowl about 2” tall and 3” wide. The amount of “ad ons” is like, a couple crumbs of a cookie, etc, and definitely not worth the ad on price. Oh yeah did I mention my waffle bowl was missing? It all arrived melted, but that was to be expected and likely not the stores fault. But for pricing and portions…absolute robbery.Never again.
